I specifically pointed out a stain on the passenger seat that I wanted cleaned. Unfortunately, I had to pick up my child from school before they could address it, so I asked the gentleman if I could come back the next day to have the stain taken care of. He told me yes. Yesterday, I dropped off my car at approximately 8:30 AM and they had it until 2:00 PM -- about 5 1/2 hours. I was not rushing them at all. I simply explained that I needed my car back by 2:00 PM so I could pick up my child from school. I waited for their phone call to let me know when my car was ready. I never received a phone call back, when my car was done long time ago. When the manager looked at the stain, he noticed my iced coffee sitting in the cupholder and immediately told me that the stain was permanent and must have been caused by coffee. He also claimed that they had already used a special stain remover and that if it didn't come out, it meant the stain was permanent. I found that explanation very frustrating because instead of making another effort to clean the stain, I felt like I was simply being dismissed. What made the situation even more disappointing was that I went home, used my own car stain cleaner, and was able to remove the stain myself. Clearly, it was not permanent. I paid for a professional detailing service because I expected the professionals to make a reasonable effort to clean something that I was ultimately able to remove myself. The entire experience left me feeling dismissed and as though the manager simply did not want to take the time to correct the problem. I can't know his reason for treating my concern that way, but as a female customer, the interaction made me feel that my concern was not being taken seriously. Very disappointing customer service and not the level of professionalism I expected from a detailing business.

After multiple requests, I finally received a written text confirmation stating that my membership had been discontinued, my card would not be billed again, and they even provided me with a cancellation ticket number for my records. Despite that confirmation, they continued charging my credit card not once, but twice after the cancellation. I had to reach out again to dispute the charges and request refunds for money that should have never been taken in the first place. This has been incredibly frustrating. When a company confirms in writing that an account is canceled and promises there will be no further billing, customers should be able to trust that commitment. If you're considering signing up, be aware that canceling may not be as straightforward as they make it seem, and I recommend keeping every piece of documentation if you ever need to cancel. Very disappointing experience. I won't be doing business with them again.

Used their services for my wife's car (Gold Package detailing service) and it took about 2.5 hours. Super easy, convenient, and easy to use. Just make sure to schedule an appointment in advance since it's courteous and it's not a given that a mobile wash/detail place can be at your home in the next hour or two. Will definitely use again. The finished product is always great and I feel better knowing that my car is not going through one of those machines where scratches are possible and it never gets quite as clean as you want it to.
