They did give me a refund on the "Platinum" job, which they discounted down to "regular wash" job plus a free hotdog. Vacuuming was so-so...poorly done. Finishing details were not done well, some streaking on windows which I had to hit with a little Windex & paper towel when I got home. The cup holder and console area and rest of the dash...poorly cleaned; I spent quit some time cleaning it myself after I left. I will admit my car was pretty dirty, but still I expected a better final result; even though poor result, I felt sorry for the guy who worked on my vehicle, so tipped him $7. The "Platinum Clean" is supposed to be a "mini-detailing"...but it really was more like a "regular job". Tire treatment didn't give much of a shine. They were nice...no problem with how I was treated. Think I'll try an individual detailer next time.

Not only was someone quick to help me when I couldn't get my code to scan, but the guy directing me to the drive through car wash was attentive enough to noticed I still had my back window slightly open and reminded me to "not forget to close my back window before going through :)" Once I reached the vacuum area, I was surprised by a free automatic rug cleaning machine (so cool, have never seen this before), as well as the STRONGEST self serve vacuums i've ever used! The other day I had noticed that my cloth ceilings accumulated a layer of dust (I like to drive with my windows down) and their vacuums cleaned it like a charm! The photo I took even shows the before/after clear line of delineation between my pre-vacuumed cielings and after. Sooo satisfying. I will absolutely be coming again and i'm mad at myself that I didn't find this place sooner!

However, I'm writing this review so others can be aware of how they handle problems. During my last wash, their tech accidentally damaged the wire connector to my radar system. When I brought this to management's attention, they completely denied responsibility and said "you should have brought this up sooner." No apology, no offer to help resolve a $150 repair, despite being a loyal customer for years. The disappointing part isn't that accidents happen - they do. It's the complete lack of professionalism in handling the situation. After thousands of dollars spent and referring multiple family members, even a small gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way. They operate like they have a monopoly, but they don't. Just look around. You're going to find much better options out there, like I have. I won't be using them anymore. Tip for other customers: Document your car's condition before they start work.
