Not only the self service machine charge me 7 dollars for a towel even though it says 2 dollar. IT DIDNT EVEN DISPENSE THE FKING TOWEL

On Saturday, September 14 at 7:15 AM, I drove into one of the stalls getting ready to wash my vehicle. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Just as I was going to get out of my vehicle, a man approached and was banging on my passenger window.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I immediately got out of my vehicle. Asked the gentleman what was the issue? He stated very aggressively I was trespassing this is private property and I needed to exit the premises. I stated, I'm here to wash my vehicle. I didn't understand why I was being targeted for harassment. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The gentleman stated that he was the owner of the facility.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As I turned around to start processing payment for to wash my vehicle, the gentleman already turn off the power at the stall. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This type of practice/customer service, is not healthy early in the morning, especially a practice that is coming from an owner who is targeting harassment and abusing his power of ownership.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The dial is off, been like this for years!! Don't trip

I've been here a few times and I just learned which lanes work! And which have issues... and the fun you will get to experience!! First off, pull up behind the car that's washing, some people like to park 30' in the middle thinking it's a single file line thing... when there's lines painted on the ground. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Second quarters or Debt card works.. the card readers are kicked, use the tap..[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The cost for time is a little expensive.. and not enough time... The fun part.. I took a picture of the lanes.. the X means not all the functions work properly, as the dial doesn't line up with the picture/option... and if pulling a boat or trailer, use your head and wash your stuff where it's a simple pull straight to get out, not a 32 point turn to get out.. but it's one of 5 nearby, so I'll probably come back.. wish they did a membership where vacuum is free

It is a good place to go and wash your vehicle. I was there around 8:30 am, and to my surprise, lots of people actually come through here. The have an actual automated car wash, you drive the car through, then pull up to the vacuuming area. I did not use the automated service. I used the washing Bay Area to do it myself. Pull up into the bay, put some dollar coins or 25 cents into the machine slot. $2.25 for 4 minutes or $5.00 for like 15 minutes. I did the $5.00 and it was just enough time to rinse the vehicle, then spray it with soapy water, then pass the foaming soft brush over the vehicle, then rinse again, then a spot-free rinse, plus a wheel rinse. I worked fast, it was plenty of time. Even if I had to pay another $2.25, it is still cheap. Then I pulled into the vacuuming area just to dry the vehicle. I did not use the vacuum. But the bay equipment worked great. Spray gun worked as designed and so did the foaming brush. No complaints there. There was lots of sand or mud as you drive out the Bay Area, but no big deal. I am definitely coming back. My baby is clean now!

I really like this self car wash. These types are hard to find. I drive a Chevy truck and I race ATV's, so I need a place wash them both after a race day. The wash bays accept credit cards with a tap system. The equipment doesn't smell moldy. The brush handles don't have sharp edges that cut your hands. The soft brushes don't scratch the the vehicle(be sure to always power rinse the brush before using in case of dirt, sand, etc). There are tire and wheel brushes with a soap dispenser. The brush gets into the wheel openings surprisingly well. The bays are very tall and easily accessible if pulling a trailer. The vacuums also have credit card tap systems. The vacuums work great. Some people give low stars because there isn't a attendant and some bays may have mud in them. Well, it's a self car wash and life isn't perfect.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Tried to submit refund over the phone since this was empty and it took my payment but the voicemail is full.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Be careful when purchasing products. There might not be any inside but it will still take quarters.

It took two washes to barely complete the job. Its not worth it. Just go to machine wash place. Much simpler...

Very hard water, left tons of spots. Not impressed . Would have been better off with a garden hose.

This place is terrible. Dirty and the machines don't work well. On top of it the car reader barely works. RIDICULOUS

Use Apple Pay/card for the best deal instead of coins. It was $5 for 10 minutes with card, and $8 for 6 minutes with coins.

Can this car wash handle an RV - tall enough?

They have a very large wash bay that I'm pretty sure can accommodate an RV.

I have always seen Mark most of the times I go there, always checking on the hoses and pressure washing the wash bays.

Pretty straight forward!! Needed a quick wash and we found it!!…read more For $8 you get a quick wash, 5 minutes vacuum (but we definitely took more than 5), and they even provide towel for wiping. Definitely worth the price. Will definitely come back when we need another wash.

At approximately 11:30am this morning, I pulled into the corner of the Chevron parking lot and…read morestepped out of my vehicle for less than two minutes to organize a few things before getting a full-service car wash. I was trying to make things easier for the employees doing the final detailing. To be clear, there was nobody in line, nobody in the car wash, and I was parked off to the side where both kiosks were still fully accessible. The place was completely dead at the time. After I got back into my vehicle and pulled up to the kiosk to purchase my wash, an employee approached and asked if I needed help. I politely said no. He then sarcastically asked, "Do you know how to do it?" I replied, "Yeah, I've done this before." He then told me, "Next time park somewhere else so you're not inconveniencing everyone else." At that point, it was obvious he came over looking for a problem, especially considering there was literally no one waiting. I asked what his issue was, he said "I'm the nicest guy that works here.." the interaction ended with me telling him to have a nice f**ing day. Later, while my vehicle was being detailed, I looked for the employee because I wanted to ask his name, but I couldn't find him. I figured he was in the back, so I let it go then proceeded to wait for my vehicle to be done. A few minutes later, I saw him walking around the detail area, not in his original uniform, giving workers high fives like he was the coolest guy at the car wash. Before he walked inside, I asked him for his name, and he responded, "Don't worry about that." So whoever you are, congratulations on being the coolest guy at the car wash with the sarcastic attitude. Sincerely, The customer who tipped your hardworking coworkers $20 because they were actually respectful and professional.
