This was very upsetting since I've lost almost 2 months of vegetable garden growth because of someone's mistake. The gentleman on the phone apologized for the mix up and offered me a free yard of mushroom compost to hopefully salvage some of my garden. I added a star back because they were apologetic and tried to remedy the situation.

Let us know everything we needed asap to stop more water erosion, and didn't pressure us to get any other work done immediately. Well, we bought the house to use the fireplace, so we got everything done, from crown to flu repair. Cameron came on time as scheduled, and not only got everything repaired, but it was finished faster than estimated. They even repointed our bricks as an extra. Cost was what we expected, so while we'd love the work for free, who wouldn't, this was worth it for a safe winter season.
