I called to ask about shipping time. For the standard shipping cost, it appeared I would receive the item in time, but FF offered to call me back after placing the order to discuss a faster option (not an expedited service). Well, they did, they had an option for another carrier, and even offered to absorb the cost difference. I got the item a day earlier than estimated with the original carrier.
