I called to ask about shipping time. For the standard shipping cost, it appeared I would receive the item in time, but FF offered to call me back after placing the order to discuss a faster option (not an expedited service). Well, they did, they had an option for another carrier, and even offered to absorb the cost difference. I got the item a day earlier than estimated with the original carrier. The item is also quite fragile, but it was packed very well and arrived undamaged. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and will definitely be looking here first for my freaky items!

Recently, we checked out their masks, and I've never seen such a selection of clown and dark creature disguises. Service: The shop owner was very friendly and allowed me to roam around, take a video, and check out her shop. She answered all my questions. She mentioned they offer a potting bar. You can buy a plant and they offer the service of potting in house. She even mentioned that you can bring in a plant that you have questions about or are having trouble with and she'll give you some tips. Selection: The selection can vary from common plants to the less common ones . What I liked most about the shop is that she had items from local vendors which as plant decorations, paintings/pictures, and hand pressed flower greeting cards.
