DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could…read moregive zero stars I would. I live in a new community and the person came soliciting to my house and because I wanted a backyard done I allowed them to come in and give me a quote. They quoted me just under $13,000 for roughly 4 to 500 ft.² of work in the backyard. I ended up with pavers and turf and a couple small areas of mulch. I was hesitant to agree to the 13,000 because I felt like it was pretty pricey for the small amount of work that needed to be done the 13,000 was after the representative Koraline I think was her name brought it down from about 15 or 16,000 she kept going outside to make "phone calls" and qualify me for a "program" that would knock off thousands of dollars off the price. She told me everything would be done fast and once everything was complete, I would have a lifetime warranty. I was excited being it's my first house and a brand new backyard. I trusted her and her assistant who came later when they were in my home. They asked to use my phone to look them up on Google and they gave themselves a five star Google review from my phone and asked me to then write a review at the time. My Google account wasn't working so luckily they didn't get a five star review for me. At one point I was digging in one of the mulch areas and I came across pavers that were buried where there was no pavers just random pavers buried throughout the mulch area. I called them and told them hey why did they do this? Is there a reason or should I leave them? No one knew what I was talking about so I ended up leaving them buried. At one point I wanted the mulch gone so I decided to remove it and come to find out there was no weed barrier placed prior to them putting the mulch down. I called about this and they gave me such a hassle to come and put pieces of weed barrier down eventually someone did come out and put it down. After the job was complete. I told them that my AC condenser unit was leaning when it wasn't leaning before they did the pavers I bought a Level and I sent them pictures that it wasn't Level anymore and they still gave me a very hard time to come and fix the AC. It took about two weeks for them to come out and fix it. Fast-forward a year and three months later there's grass and weeds coming up through the pavers. I just called them and they told me there is no lifetime warranty. There is only a one year warranty and they can send somebody out to take a look and give me a quote to replace everything. I told the customer service agent I don't want to quote to replace it. I want somebody to come out and fix it because why would I pay someone to replace it when you should've done it correct in the first place I'm looking through my contract and it says install weed barrier on approximately 220 ft.² which very clearly they didn't because now I have weeds and grass coming up through the pavers. The customer service agent said if there was an issue I should have called within the year #Warranty I told her I don't control when weeds and grass decide to grow, but I do know that very obviously the weed barrier isn't on. The customer service agent told me there was nothing more they could do but send someone out to "take a look". You'd think that as much money as I paid for this they'd have better customer service or most importantly better quality of work, but they don't. I will never recommend this company and I will never willingly pay them for work ever again. By far the worst experience I've ever had and the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Creative Innovation was consulted to do a whole house remodel. From start to finish, they were amazing to deal with. Everything is legit and every single person we dealt with was trustworthy. Thats something hard to find. Every hidden issue we found, they worked with us and were very accommodating. They also have an amazing network of vendors to get what we needed. We now have our forever home. Thank you so much Shlomi, Ozzie and team.

I got about five bids for my whole-house remodel, and Creative Innovation Developers stood out for…read moretheir great communication and solid references. Their pricing was comparable to others, but the ability to visit their in-progress projects gave me confidence. I'm very very particular, and while no remodel is perfect, Creative worked to bring my vision to life. My advice: plan everything in detail beforehand--or hire a designer. To save costs, I handled all the design myself while working full-time, which was highly stressful. Having everything mapped out helps avoid delays, last-minute changes, or compromising on your vision. Golan and Jordan were fantastic--Golan handled planning and communication, and Jordan ensured everything stayed on track. They always responded to my texts in a reasonable amount of time. Their tile crew was exceptional (I often bumped into them because they worked long hours and weekends to complete my home and were really nice and respectful people), and they tiled nearly my entire house beautifully (we're talking 2000 sq ft of flooring, 3 bathrooms, and a fireplace). I appreciated that Creative didn't nickel and dime me for small changes, and when a gas leak was discovered (due to careless cabinetry work), they fixed it--and more (we found more leaks during the repairs)--without extra charges. Despite delays beyond their control, they completed the full renovation in about six months--from pulling permits to final inspection. Major work included a new kitchen, three bathrooms, tile flooring throughout, interior paint, a new electrical panel, and whole-house LED recessed lighting. Even after the job was done, they returned to fix small issues without hesitation. That kind of follow-up is rare in a world full of disappearing contractors. I would recommend Creative for any remodeling project, big or small.

Easy 5 stars from me…read more Hired Artoo Design to help with plans for a renovation project in my home. Because of the structural and electrical scope, I decided to build fully permitted and up to code. I hired Artoo twice. About 18 months ago I bought a one-time consultation. The consult fee is not cheap, but it's totally worth it. I got a full preview of everything that would be required for my project - sizing of structural members, ratings for materials, and what would (and wouldn't) fly with city inspectors. I also got a handful of solutions for things I didn't know how to handle. The meeting really streamlined my planning and thinking about design tradeoffs. The second time I hired Artoo (December) was to do the full construction plans. I met with Ramy to do an updated plan review and for him to take some measurements. I really felt like he was taking my input and we were working together on the final details. Then the quality of the drawings themselves are impeccable. In a previous life I did heavy AutoCAD drafting, so I'm very picky about drawings being accurate and complete. They were also turned around really fast. Much faster than I could have drawn in my prime. Next was probably the best part - Ramy said he would help with any notes from the city plan review process. I was worried how that would go. We had to do some revisions, but it was totally painless thanks to hiring the right company. I felt unstoppable with Ramy as a partner, and I got everything I wanted approved by the city. I'm writing this review today (August) because I had another small question about the plans, and Ramy basically answered my email immediately. Super tight customer service. I don't always have the budget or time to build things right. Artoo Design is one of those companies you should hire when quality and time is important. When you have a project that needs the best, this is the group to go to.

When he came out to take measurements, he offered smart suggestions that made our project more cost-effective while also adding long-term value to our home. Ramy delivered the plans ahead of schedule and took the time to walk us through everything in person. The city of Claremont's permit requirements are very strict, and it was clear that Ramy knew what the city would require. When the city had requests we didn't agree with, he communicated directly with the city planner on our behalf and guided us through the process with confidence and clarity. You get what you pay for with Ramy--his work is high quality, detailed, and thoughtful. His expertise, responsiveness, and professionalism made a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We highly recommend him for any home or ADU project. He is absolutely worth it.
