I bought tickets online in advance, this performance is yearly. The talent of course changes as the students move on and graduate. The parking is behind the bldg, so be prepared to walk a bit to the front door. They had the campus decorated and for Christmas, so I really enjoyed all the lights. The inside was very clean and tidy. I really like how organized check in was, and open seating. So make sure you arrive for a great seat. The show was approx 2hrs long, so not bad at all. "Behold The Star" was absolutely amazing performance in Augusta, GA. I will check them out yearly for sure. It was well worth the drive and time spent. Marshall, the manager at Riverwatch Cinemas is running his own gem. Riverwatch is a community hub where people of all kinds can find company, healthy escape, fun, life, and good old-fashioned nights out at the movies. Marshall is always on the floor, zipping around and making sure both his customers and his team are happy and running well. A little while back, during the thick of my Ph.D. dissertation deadline, I showed up at Riverwatch a couple of hours before meeting my husband for a movie. All of the decent coffee shops were already closed, but I needed somewhere to work before the movie. Marshall not only allowed me to come in early and work in the nice dining/bar area, but he also checked on me regularly, shared his love and passion for his work with me, and made a wonderful impression on me. I now understand why Riverwatch is the place to be! Movies are constantly sold out, the setting is lively and appealing, and Marshall should be credited for this. Whenever we are down and just need to cheer up or want something fun to do when loved ones visit, we get so excited to go to the movies at Riverwatch. The inside had Art exhibits that were a part of the Westobou Festival. The outside had a stage setup for a concert, a Ferris Wheel, and tons of games for kids and adults. The space is only occupied by the Festival for about a week. Other than that it is free for rental. Because it is located downtown off Telfair Street the parking situation is tricky. There is street parking and once that is all full, people get a bit creative. Overall, I like the venue. I'd visit again.
