At the end of my rope I found Plantation Dental and honestly, cannot rave enough about this place. Super clean. I repeat. Super clean. I kept looking for signs that I needed to leave immediately and couldn't. Christine, the hygienist was the best I've ever had. My appointment took forever, not because they ran late but because they take their time with you. She takes digital photos of your teeth, showing you problem areas. They really care about you and your mouth. Even when the dentist comes in, it's not a quick visit. You're with him for another 10-15 minutes going over anything they find troubling. The coolest thing though? They have tv's on the ceiling. What a better place to have a tv, right? While they are digging in your mouth you can watch Judge Judy. And for that I love this place even more. They have a referral program that gives you $25 for every person you refer. I will never see another dentist as long as I live in this area.

She always greets you with a smile, has your paperwork ready for you, your appointments, etc. She does not miss a beat! Ashleigh is GREAT. X-rays can be very uncomfortable and painful at times. She took mine real quick and it was painless. BEST DENTIST I'VE EVER HAD!!!! Dr. Mariel Petruk. I can't say enough about Dr. Petruk. Her patient treatment is Impeccable. She makes sure you are well-informed about your treatment. She is sensible with her recommendations. The office is immaculate. The waiting room has a TV and magazines. They just added TV's in their ceiling so when you are laying down on the chair you are entertained. My cleaning went by so fast! I've been coming here for 2 years now and every time I have an appointment they have been on time, they never over schedule so there are never tons of people in the waiting area. 7/7/2016 - Could not be happier with the professionalism of the staff and my doctor…read more I was having pain in my upper left molar when I went to have a cleaning at my dentist office. My dentist referred me to Dr. Lichstrahl's office. I called and made my appointment with ease. The day of my appointment I walked in and was greeted and given all the paperwork to sign. I was called to see the doctor. Dr. Lichstrahl's explained everything and he recommended I come back to take care of the root canal that was done in a couple of week. He gave me a script for antibiotics. I got a call a few days before to confirm. The day of, everything went smoothly. I have to say I hardly felt a thing. He has what my grandmother calls "Saint Hands." He did the anesthesia and I didn't feel a sting or anything. He explained what he was doing and asked how I was doing during the entire procedure. At times, I felt so calm, I almost fell asleep. This is a very professional office. They do a great job scheduling patients and communicating with them. Dr. Lichstrahl is fantastic.

A review of a dental procedure can never be perfect in my opinion as dental work is never pleasant but this dentist was very nice and professional and caring. The root canal wasn't as bad as I was anticipating because it was done quickly and with minimal pain. Dr. Lichstral and his assistant were constantly asking me if I was ok which actually helped me be ok. Today is my day after and I don't have any pain just a tiny bit of swelling. But this had to be the best experience I've ever had with a dentist/ endodontist! My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Weiner for a potential root canal. I had this procedure done by him 7 years ago at his office near the Hollywood area. He has since moved to the Plantation area which is very close to where I live = convenient. My tooth pain began while I was traveling in Seattle and I was worried that the pain wouldn't allow me to get back to do it here, but I'm so glad I was able to. I called the office as soon as my dentist diagnosed it as a root canal. Cathy, the office manager, was very kind even though it was close to 5 p.m. - closing time, to contact my insurance company to see if I would be covered, which luckily I was. And she was able to get me in the following morning. These days you rarely get customer service like this! She was really awesome! Entering the office you get a warm comfortable feeling with the decor, ambiance and friendliness of the staff. There's even candles in the waiting room and the bathroom to give you that calming feeling. The exam room is almost like first class on an airplane! There's a TV, they provide a headset in case you don't have one to connect your phone to listen to music or what have you. There's even a blanket if you're too cold with the air conditioning. A fluffy pillow to put under your neck which most dentist chairs don't have. And because I have a back issue, Melissa the assistant, even gave me a small pillow for support and ice packs. I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep! Dr. Weiner was excellent in discussing the procedure, asking questions and is very detail oriented which I totally appreciate! I really didn't experience much pain which is unusual for a root canal! The procedure was pretty quick and afterwards I even got a care package with a bottle of water, instructions from the doctor and an ice pack. The overall experience was wonderful and it was great to see Dr Weiner again after 7 years - which he called it... The Seven Year Itch! LOL I highly recommend Dr Weiner and his team for any Endodontal issues!!

I finally landed on a good Oral Surgeon with De Seider! I gave Sage of Plantation a 5 star review…read morebased on that, 7 months ago. Now, I'd give them a 1 star, as Dr. Seider turned out to be the only good thing about Sage. I PAID for a package to do extraction, Sinus lift, Implant, etc. at The Dental Group in Oakland Park BEFORE they became part of Sage. That Group's Oral Surgeon couldn't do a sinus lift due first to sinus infection, which I remedied with Surgery, and then months later due to "swelling". Turns out that Dr. Seider did NOT have to do a Sinus lift (which I'd paid for) and was able to perform the oral surgery with ease. HE is GREAT. Then flash forward to the part where I was going to get my implant. They did all the scanning, had the implant made, and when I went for appointment to get it, it didn't fit "properly", so the dentist wanted to get a new one. So they go and make the new one, and I go back to get implant, and the dentist did lots of grinding but finally got the implant to "fit". Now the fun part, after all this AND having to go back for second visit, they have the nerve to tell me that insurance didn't pay for the whole implant visit and I owed $160. It isn't the money that bothers me, but the fact that 1) I paid for the whole package PRIOR to my dentist becoming part of Sage, 2) my package included a sinus lift which never had to be performed, 3) SAGE SHOULD honor the package of any office they "acquire" and do all for the price I paid. They didn't, so I will NOT go back to Sage Plantation or Oakland Park, and would never recommend them. Unhappily...as one previous reviewer wrong, "...the corporate office and billing continues to be a pain. Refusal to provide statements of account is plain crazy as that has constantly led to over charges on my account. Been going there for over 10 years but after Sage took over from billing has been a nightmare."

The best review I could give is that a couple from Port Saint Lucie were in the waiting room with me. They drive over 100 miles for appointments here because they trust and love the dentist.
