Staff is not readily available and are not consistent at all about checking on the residents, getting meds to residents in a timely manner , or answering their callbells in a timely manner. My 93 year old mother has private duty care because the staff contact is lacking. There doesn't seem to be much administrative oversight and the inmates(staff) seem to be running the asylum. I wish I could recommend this place, but for the cost I suggest you keep looking. Also, there is one resident that has been harassing my Mom's CNAs in the dining room and in the parking lot without any intervention by the staff or administration. Today my mother waited one and a half hours for her meal to be served to her table , even though she was one of the 1st people seated in the dining room. I could go on and on , but I think you get the idea.

She put a used piece of toast back in with fresh bread. Another one was more interested in me seeing the materials on Kadan than whether I was eating and drinking They never showed up on time. When I had an issue with all of this and called the service over the weekend the home coordinator was not interested in helping me and all Jill at Kadan could say was Im sorry They took what was supposed be me recuperating and turned into a nightmare They never apologized for anything they did the owner is more interested in sending unqualified people to home and making money than the welfare of her clients.
