Stopped in and dropped off 3 pairs of chinos and 2 sweaters on Monday and had them back by Wednesday. I asked for no crease on the pants, and the person behind the counter made sure she checked them before handing them back to me. I also like that I got a text message mid-day on Wednesday reminding me that my items would be ready for pick up, although I would have liked to have had the price included in the text message. It's located in their downtown main street area, very easily accessible, and has so many goodies! My friend and I went bananas in this store and got so much cute stuff and it's always things I never see anywhere outside of Gliks either, which is what really sets them apart from other spots. Even on brand name items like Carhartt, they always have colors and patterns more unique and not sold at other stores that carry the same brands, and I just love that!
