Unfortunately, her demeanor during the interaction was less than professional. She appeared impatient in helping me, which made the experience uncomfortable. What stood out to me even more was the noticeable shift in her attitude when another person approached the register; she suddenly became friendly and upbeat. This inconsistency felt disingenuous and disappointing, especially in a customer-facing role. I value good customer service and wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes that it will be addressed. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with the same courtesy and respect. which she seemed old enough to know better.

It's located in their downtown main street area, very easily accessible, and has so many goodies! My friend and I went bananas in this store and got so much cute stuff and it's always things I never see anywhere outside of Gliks either, which is what really sets them apart from other spots. Even on brand name items like Carhartt, they always have colors and patterns more unique and not sold at other stores that carry the same brands, and I just love that! The hotel contacted this clothier and the owner happen to be in and although he didn't open till 10:00 he allowed him to come in to purchase pants. He also took the time to alter them all within 30 minutes. We were able to get to our scheduled meeting with no disruption. A truly great business owner!
