I can only assume this was the owner bc she was quite comfortable being extremely rude about her reply. Yes, I may have had a lot of foils put in, but first, how would she have known how many I had? She was not anywhere near me while my hair was being done.And second, if I had a lot of foils put in doing a partial, I must have had a ton of foils when I did an all over....So my question was not answered why it would only be a $9 difference.
