The old tint was fine, but I had just had the windshield replaced which resulted in the tint being gone. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fit me in because of my tight schedule (totally not their fault) and their heavy workload, but it prompted me to go onto Yelp and leave a review anyway. I'm by no means a recent customer. I found my card they gave me for my warranty, and the install date was in April of 2012. My tint still looks like they just installed it yesterday, and I've done nothing to maintain it except maybe use the glass cleaner that says it's for auto glass. That's it. There's been no bubbling or peeling of any kind since it was installed. You can definitely trust their work here.

We never really figured out what made our (closed and tied up for the winter) patio tables umbrella to launch and then return and shatter our glass table top. But since it was a high-end table to begin with, my wife and I decided to replace the glass instead of just buying a new table. So I called Glass Doctor. I was told they could repair it NO PROBLEM. They then sent one of their techs over to survey the damage. He took measurements and left. I waited weeks for a response. Then after my repeated texts and calls, they agreed to repair the glass top. Then nothing. Finally after many calls and emails, the local owner contacted me, apologized for the run around. After at least a month of said run around, a couple of their employees came by and took my table to their shop. They had the table no less than a month. Then I got a call. They'd be by the following day with the repaired table. They showed up, brought the table back to my patio, and set it down. Perfect! I thanked them and said even though it was a real pain getting the table repaired, I was just glad it was fixed. $400+, but cheaper than replacing the entire table.. Remember, all of the above went on for freakin' months. No joke! Anyway, they brought back the repaired table. I was so happy I was kissing their butts. Then that evening as I was cleaning the kitchen, I looked out the window. And lo and behold, the glass tabletop was shattered and again on the stonework of my patio! My first thought was "They're not going to believe this! I'm screwed!! So the next day I called expecting go be blown off. "Sorry, not our problem!" But I was wrong. I was told not to worry, they'd make good. Within days the techs returned, took the table back to their shop, and within a couple weeks, returned it. I write today because my wife and I are now sitting at said table enjoying East Tennessee spring weather with our beers sitting on our repaired glass top patio table. It was a long road, but Glass Doctor made good!! I recommend them to one and all. Nice one!

There was this unique pattern in the glass which I loved. I called around and none of one wanted to try and repair it except for Cody at Glass Doctor. He was able to repair it and I was so grateful I cried and asked him if I could have a hug. Not only that they didn't even charge me!!!!!! What a wonderful experience.
