Highest recommendation I can give. I was visiting Bowling Green in August and was about to make…read morethe 10 hour drive back home, except that my Volvo had an engine problem that was apparent as soon as I started the car. Since I'm not from the Bowling Green area, I had no experience with any of the car servicing businesses. I first called the Volvo dealership in Perrysburg, a twenty to thirty minute drive from my location. My first two calls for the service department were sent to an answering machine. I called back a third time and asked the receptionist for a live person, and she assured me that if I left a message, my call would be returned right away. I didn't wait for the call (it finally came almost three hours later). I called a service company in Bowling Green, and they directed me to Lyric Auto as the best place to work on foreign cars. I called and got someone on the phone (not a machine)! I explained my dilemma, and I was told to bring the car in right away, that they would "squeeze" it into the schedule. Fortunately the drive was only 5 minutes away, as I don't think the car would have gone much further. Rick and his son Eric were in the shop and Rick took the car into the garage right away. He quickly diagnosed the problem ( a misfire due to a broken spark plug which had then caused another part to fail) and ordered a replacement part. It took a while for the part to arrive, but after that, the repair went quickly. My 10 hour return drive back home the next day was uneventful, thanks to the excellent work by the Lyric Auto team.

Long story short, it was do to just not making sure everything was tightened up properly. They fixed the issue but went to pick my vehicle back up and no apologies or even friendly interaction. It was the shops mess up, an apology would've went a long way and it's free..... considering someone could've gotten injured. You live and learn.
