More importantly, when I got the car back it reeked of Febreze so badly that it literally made me ill. I left the car windows partially open and placed baking soda boxes everywhere and it still took 4-6 months for the odor to go away. I can't imagine why they did this. They're supposed to be working on the outside of the car not the inside. Also, they managed to mess up one of the front windshield wipers so that the clip was sticking up on the windshield and could not be snapped back down. This body shop fails to take any accountability and will rush to finish your car. I had sharpie covering tape lines that were white. I had runs in my paint, dust in the clear coat, and my rear bumper not properly attached claiming the rear bracket wasn't there but when I pointed out that the tech just zip tied the bracket to the bumper they had nothing to say. They didn't sand down my door handles, they just painted over flaking paint. Whatever happened to the owner/ workers here, I hope you never touch someone else's car again because your integrity and lack of sincerity is terrible.

I had an unfortunate incident where a friend backed into my car hard enough to total it, according to another body shop. I was adamant that I did not want my car totaled; I just wanted them to fix the non-cosmetic damage, and I would be good, but they refused. So I called my mechanic and they recommended Rowe. Everyone at Rowe was an absolute pleasure to work with. Even though I had trouble getting the check from the other insurance company, they helped me figure out what to do and they were able to give me a quote that made it fixable, and not a total. I got my car back and it looked as good as new, which I wasn't even expecting given that it was a 13-year-old car at the time. If something ever happens again to my dear old car, I will take it to them again.
