No problem, obviously the website struggles with this, I'll call them and make a reservation... phone rings, computer answers... plays music, a happy voice they want to help us... loop through this a number of times, eventually computer voice says to use the web site for reservations and hangs up. So no actual experience with them as a rider, but being unable to make a reservation is a poor sign. Guess I'll keep looking for a car service...

I typically schedule my rides about two weeks in advance although I have made some arrangements with less notice. I like using Fox's service as it is way less stressful than driving myself. Their rates are fair. I know that I will have a courthouse, conscientious driver and a safe ride home which means a lot to me and is well worth the rates I pay.
