We used them over 4yrs ago, for my son high school prom. We loved the vehicle we chose to rent from them. The car was exquisite from head to toe, top to bottom. We loved how the chauffeur treated my son and his sate, they were on time. My son and his date were treated like royalty on their once in a lifetime high school prom. If I could give this company TEN stars I would!! I searched limo companies for a special evening honoring our elderly "Vintage" friends and when so many other companies left much to desire, Santos fit the bill. Miss Celia was both professional and courteous. She gave me all the info I needed over the phone plus she emailed the details. There were fourteen Vintage friends so we booked the Mercedes Benz Sprinter van. It looks like a stretch limo inside but it is much easier getting into it. The Sprinter was Gorgeous and the friends felt very comfortable. But wait!! The driver, Mr. Voltan is a Beautiful human. He was so accommodating, pleasant and gentlemanly. He is also a very conscientious driver. He handled our precious cargo with care. He is an excellent driver. Hired them for a Christmas party and my entire staff was left stranded in NYC because overtime charge even though we expressively authorized them to charge our company credit card via a power of attorney. We have heard horror stories of other companies being late or not showing up, but Santos is there early to make sure you are on time to your big day. There is a variety of options, the vehicles are clean, and well stocked with champagne and water. The water was really nice to have for my nervous stomach before our ceremony! They also make sure you have an attendant which was so nice! She helped us know when to walk down the aisle, fluffed my (really long!) train, and had a red carpet exit with champagne ready for us. She also acted as my security guard to make sure no one saw us before the wedding while our photographer took some pictures with the window open. He came into the Church with us, fluffed my dress and even opened the one side of the door so my Dad and I had quite the entrance! We used Santos Limo for our June 2019 wedding and could not have been happier with our decision! We used both the 2 passenger Bentley and 14 passenger Lincoln MKT. Both cars were immaculate and the drivers were so friendly and helpful. When it was getting time to walk into the church, the red carpet literally got rolled out for me and my driver was fixed my train and veil. I had a large dress, and the driver kept helping me in and out of the Bentley. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I was indecisive about the final timing from the cars, and Celia was incredible to work with during this time and kept following up to make sure everything was set. I don't even know where to start with Santos. They far exceeded my expectations. I reserved them for a bachelorette party of 9'women. They were also given instruction to collect a few of the bachelorette partyers from the airport. I called them several times to ask questions before I reserved with them. They sent a contract which I was able to sign electronically. They quoted me the exact price for the services. There were no surprises which I appreciated! The contract also detailed any possible reasons additional costs would be incurred such as someone throwing up inside of the limo, etc. this was helpful because I was then able to send signed copies of the contract to the other ladies so they knew the rules. The bachelorette party was a bust and nothing went as planned. Our only saving grace was AL of Santos. IDK what we would have done without him. I offered to buy him drinks d food, etc. I felt so bad that he was responsible for staying in the limo however long he needed to. But he was so professional and kept reminding me that he was on the clock. There was one occassion when I was left in the limo all alone with Al after we dropped all of the other ladies off. I didn't feel uncomfortable or creeped out in the way you usually do with creepy, perverted taxi drivers. Al informed us that an address that we had for a place we wanted to go was incorrect. He helped us find a restaurant after we missed our dinner reservation. He was present without actually being present. We felt free to talk about any/everything. Yes, those pictures are what the driver of Santos Vip Limo did to my wedding dress. I was taking photos with my husband at the back of the car where we had a limo sticker and before I left the back of the car the driver turned it on and the black from the exhaust got on it! This was before I even walked out of reception and took photos with the bridal party. The bridesmaids and workers at the venue tried hard to clean it but nothing worked. We eventually figured to get a thread and sew in the dress on this area. We spent too much time trying to figure out what do to and did not get to get any outside photos with the bridal party! By the time we finished with the dress the guests started arriving for cocktail hour and we were stuck with basic poses inside the venue. They refused to refund me my money because the driver had still done his work. The 1st time I called I got hung up on and then the 2nd time I was told I would get a call back which I never did. After I contacted them with these photos they called back a little bit more friendly. I paid hundreds of dollars to have my 5,000 wedding gown ruined. Horrible experience! read more

I didn't have the opportunity to use this service. Their website states that they service South Jersey, so I inquired about their services. I received an email back saying that I was out of their service area (I live in South Jersey where my event is). I pointed out that their page stated that they service South Jersey. They responded with the an offer to service me, but they had to add on "travel time" which was not stated on their website. We were so fortunate to have an outstanding limo service recommended to us. It was easy to tell them how many people we had and what we needed and a plan of the wedding day so they were able to work with us and give us the right price. The contract created was so cool. We were so impressed by the online contract alone that required us to match our signature and using the computer and internet sign our contract! Very modern! The cars were immaculate! The stretch Lincoln navigator was awesome and the Rolls-Royce Phantom was breathtaking!! Both drivers were punctual and very professional. Our driver or the Phantom, who we got to know more, Harold, was a doll. He really was a true gentleman. He was very patient with us and I knew ahead of time I was going over our time limit so I let him know before hand and he was very professional about it and told us no worries.
