I had them pour a concrete walkway that included a grid pattern, add massive stone steps, build rock walls, put in a front entry walk that is a pure work of art, all new shrubs, and plants, lighting, irrigation. They work ethic is commendable, and they were extremely reliable. They were a pleasure to work with, and that includes the entire crew. Bill Peregrine, the owner had excellent ideas. I felt that prices they charged were very reasonable for the services rendered. I have now continued services with them for winterization of my irrigation and for soil fertilization. Fortunately, I had educated myself with the technology prior to meeting them, so I was well prepared to go with their organic approach. I would like to post pictures in the spring . They do not have enough resources and contract out to sub cons, which they do not have control over. I contacted Bill last Mar for this project I wanted done for summer (of 2018). I thought they would be done by the end of Sep, but fast forward to Mar of 2019, one year later, the project is still unfinished, and I have given up. Each time I contact Bill, he has a perfect excuse. This is the 5th house we owned in Seattle and I have hired a number of contractors for many garden projects, large and small, but this is by far the most frustrating contractor experience I have had. I also ended up with far less than what I hoped for. After I pulled an emergency brake at 50k including a commission for Bill to manage the overall project, I have no plants, trees, or irrigation. They may be ok if you are looking for gardening advice but I would not recommend unless you do not care about budget or deadlines, and have unlimited patience.

Professional, prompt, reasonably priced and very competent. Each step went as promised and any concerns that developed along the way were quickly and exceptionally resolved. We had three separate contractors bid the job, and though similar in pricing, it was the personalized touch from Rocky and Theresa that made the difference on our first meeting. Within two days of us contacting them, they came to our home, listened to the issues we were trying to solve and what our goals were, and then provided a scaled design plan for us to envision the final results. The landscaping team, lead by Rojit, began within two weeks of the initial meeting, worked tirelessly every minute of the day. They were respectful to neighbors in where they parked trucks and equipment, cleaned up the worksite every day, and never took a shortcut. Whether it was one guy working or the whole team, each employee worked diligently regardless of whether or not the Rojit was on site, which was really impressive. No one except Will was willing to come by and offer advice. Will thoroughly showed me where the system needed updating and repairs for the 1.25 acres it was supposed to water. Later that year, Will personally installed updated Rain Bird stations (suggested I buy at Amazon to save money) while his crew completed the necessary repairs. I wanted his company to do the project because of Will. Will is a person of integrity, honesty, and someone who you can trust to stand by his work. Since then, Will's staff has completed additions to other areas for watering, essentially relieving us from manual watering. Last year, I asked Will to add a few large rocks to the front yard. Will instead offered an idea of how to completely reimagine the front yard areas. After a few meetings with Will and Sandy, we came up with a blueprint which included a waterfall, moving 3 existing Japanese maples, creating a long walking path with steps, low intensity lighting. And most importantly, dotting the areas with varying species of pine trees and plants. Sandy was very informative in helping us select plants to complement our new landscape areas while blending themes for areas we wanted to keep from earlier landscaping projects. Will and Sandy also created plateaus, mounds and other uneven areas to create a more natural look. The project was completed as proposed. No cost overruns, no unanticipated additions, no delays. Will's staff diligently transformed our front yard to our shared vision. We have been asked by neighbors and strangers to share who completed the project. The crew that works on our house is amazing and they really do pay attention to detail on what they are doing. They do a great job and work their butts off rain or shine. The crew that works on our house have very good customer service as well. Aaron is also very prompt at getting back to my e-mails which is a major plus to have good communication.
