Low attention to detail. Not great listeners even when talking prior to work being done m like when I asked them to not trim a specific section, but add mulch still. Uneven trimming of shrubs, mulch on shrubs and not under the actual shrubs. They were responsive, but that's the only thing good about them. Just wait for Olivia to respond to this with specific things like "look at your compost bin and cameras, we clean", despite there being noticeable trimmings leftover. PS. 'The Pink Guys LLC' is not a registered business in Washington state. Edit: as you can see the response from the owner. The guy didn't bring enough mulch so he spreads it thinly and then lies about what i said. Said cutting the neighbors shrub was a curtesy when I asked for it before invoice was created, but since they chose not to put it in the invoice, it's not their problem. I met with him once, then before I left to soccer practice, and asked him to trim the top cuz he didn't, despite my invoice stating he would trim. He was too lazy to bring out the ladder... I don't have your number bud.. only your wife's. Nevertheless, you definitely need someone supervising you every 10 minutes because there is a standard procedure of putting tires on a car correctly, not just hand tightening them... let my photos speak for itself... lol

Here are the key issues that surfaced during my project: Quality of Work - The cleanup and restoration work did not meet the promised standards. Despite assurances of thoroughness, some bed areas were left uncleared, with debris and weeds remaining. Additionally, items like edging and pruning that were included in the scope of services were not performed at all. Beyond the dethatching, the lawn restoration work yielded a lackluster result. Customer Communication - Written communications with GoGreen were very frustrating. After pointing out the issues that I had with the work performed, GoGreen accused me of overwatering the new seed, planning to never pay in full, and finally of having unrealistic expectations. The issue was exacerbated after I partially paid the invoice for the cleanup work while waiting for improvements in the new lawn. After receiving some angry, defensive responses, I informed GoGreen they were no longer welcome at my home. I attempted to settle the balance by offering to pay for materials and dethatching since I now need to fix the issues myself or hire another company. I then received another email threatening me with a lien on my property if I didn't pay in full. This response felt heavy-handed and added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating experience. Despite my obvious displeasure with the outcome, I paid the outstanding balance in full. Conclusion - I'm sure after reading this review, GoGreen will write a response blaming me for the outcome. Nothing GoGreen responds with will take away the fact that I wrote this review because GoGreen failed to deliver what was promised in the original scope of work. So, if you have unlimited financial resources and have extremely low expectations regarding the outcomes of your home projects, then GoGreen might be for you. He came out relatively quickly and did a site visit to give me a bid although the day after he said he would initially be out which caused me to change plans and use two days to get bid. The bid was very reasonable - about an acre for 120 + grass removal. I accepted and he said he would be back Thursday or Friday the next week. Both days came and went then I got a message that he would be there Saturday... I was supposed to be off the 2 days he told me to expect him but was working on Saturday. When I came home the lawn still was not mowed. I then got a text and he said I hadn't accepted the invoice he had sent me via text. I told him I didn't know I needed to and asked about some extra charges on the invoice - as it turns out he accidentally added taxes for a few different locales on my bill. The bill was corrected and I accepted the invoice. He (or an employee) showed up to mow - almost 2 weeks after the initial bid and a week after the first scheduled time - but didn't bring their riding lawn mower and only finished about a third of the yard due to grass height. He notified me of the issue, told me he would be out the next day with his rider to finish. He did finish mowing the yard but since he was charging extra for grass removal he sent me a message saying he got all the grass up that his rider would pull up. I thought that was odd... I waited to pay until I saw the yard - and his assessment that he got everything up that could be was not true. There were sections of the lawn that looked almost raked and other sections that were thick with grass and without tire tracks through it. It obviously had NOT been driven over. I messaged him with pictures and said either to remove the grass removal fee or come back out and finish the job. He sent me a new invoice with a reduced amount and no further communication. I saw the other reviews, I understand the nature of the work and how things may need to be fluid as far as dates/times. I even would have been fine if he had simply said that he would come back out and finish picking up the grass... and I would have given him another shot. But collectively the missed dates for the bid, missed dates for the mowing, the first trip out being unprepared - despite having seen and bid the job, failing to finish picking up the grass and finally not coming out and finishing the grass removal - I just cannot do business with this kind of performance.. and I really wanted to. He did remove the grass removal fee, that was a positive...I regretfully cannot recommend this company and will be looking again.

It literally has all the same crabgrass, and the grass is still not filled in in multiple places. Just not a good job at all. Waste of money. We found a new landscaper and they're fixing it all, for far cheaper. Part of the problem may have been that is was a driving rain when they did the work and most other companies I've talked to would have postponed. Perhaps that was the issue, but a terrible job regardless. Even after I wrote to her and explained how bad is was with pictures, she told me to just wait out the process, it will be fine. It is not.
