They also spent our entire wedding day with us. They were at each of our "getting ready" locations around 9:30 am and stayed through everything until about 10 or 10:30 that evening. The one and only picture of us on their fridge is from 2007. So, my husband and I decided that we might as well get pictures taken, so we can give a few to my parents, too. I mean, after awhile, it's like what do you give your parents for Christmas? Ours have everything they need. We decided we should get some for ourselves while we're at it. I contacted McKay Photography, mainly because we have known them for a long time and respect their work. We were able to schedule a time to meet one evening and it was nice enough to take pictures outside. This was a casual session, since we do know them and also because these were not formal pictures being done. And, we had two unruly dogs with us! We couldn't have been more pleased with the results and the price. I asked to have some pictures printed, which they did for us, as well as giving us a CD with all of the pictures on them. I am familiar with McKay Photography's work and prices. They are very reasonable, accommodating, and professional. They mostly do weddings, engagement photos, senior pictures, etc. But they were willing to take the time to do a short session for us, just so we have some new pics for the 'rents. Highly recommend! A skylight that gave a wonderful diffused light, with lots of white walls that really filled in shadows well. I normally shoot with a lot of lighting equipment, and it just wasn't necessary at the location due to the natural light. Lastly, Jasano was a fantastic host. He showed me around the studio, made sure I had what I needed. Excellent wifi, and bluetooth, because how can one shoot without music. Thanks again, I will be back next time I'm in Pittsburgh.

But All if the 70 guests had a blast at this casino bday party. The coordinator michelle was divine to work with. 2 of the workers were insanely professional (Shawn and Sandra) where they dealt the whole time and didn't break to eat. They came already dressed. Wish i could say the same for Brian and Jim (the other two dealers) who helped themselves to food a half hour BEFORE starting. Then during party. And at end of party. Didn't ask. Simply said "you have enough food so I'm going to eat" then smiled and proceeded....both of them changed at my house when they got there, and Jim actually changed up in my bedroom. Yuck. Jim then proceeded to grab another plate as the night progressed and the finale was when he asked to take home a few pieces of cake. Class act right there. But i would later find out that Jim was quite well known which was probably the cause for his pompous behavior. *He had been on the news for 2 months straight. There was a story in the news where a man ejaculated in line for the log jammer ride, at kennywood theme park, midday, in public, ON A 13 yr OLD GIRLS LEG!! A manhunt was on for 39 yr old mr James wright, until they matched his dna from his sperm ,that was on a 13 yr old girls sock at kennywood....and for two months he eluded police. Since October, his case sits in sex offender court until they have the time to hear his case. Until then, he walks a free man. a free man at my house. A free man at your house?? Unbeknownst to me that a pedophile would be dealing cards as he watched and probably took photos of the 15 kids running around....to add to the already found photos on His phone from kennywood Over the summer of 8-13 yr old girls!! Thankfully, after my call that night to alert michelle (who claimed to have no clue), she stated they would place him on leave until the case is resolved. Something that Shouldve happened back in October when he was caught and released on non monetary bail. Ugh. I'm praying that this establishment truly DID let him go so he's not an endangerment to other young girls. Scary crap. They do fingerprint at this establishment but he was hired years prior so it was missed is what she told me.

Erica Lynn Designs was absolutely fantastic to work with and made my wife and I's wedding day…read moreabsolutely gorgeous because of her attention to detail. We used Erica for chair sashes, chargers, centerpieces (two different kinds - sticks and candles), and table runners. She transformed our previously bland room into an elegant and fun reception space. Numerous people commented on how well put together our reception space was, and I couldn't agree more! Erica did great work, and I couldn't give her a more unequivocal recommendation for any other brides seeking to use her services. First and foremost, Erica was easy to communicate with (both via email and phone). This was a big help on our end, as no one in the wedding party was located in the area where we had our wedding. As a "long distance" couple working with Erica, she quickly responded to all our questions and comments. Having worked with numerous vendors from a distance, this made the planning process quick and painless and a huge relief! Next, all of Erica's products that we used (sashes, table runners, centerpieces, and chargers) were high quality and really impressed at the wedding. Not only did the guests at our wedding repeatedly comment on on our reception space (and specifically Erica's work in putting it together), the manager of the reception hall also asked us for photos of the room so they could use them in promotional material for the space. Erica also did a great job of putting the room together on a short timeline. A "last minute" wedding booked our venue one week before our wedding for the Friday night before our Saturday wedding. This meant that Erica couldn't set up the room until the afternoon of our wedding (and was forced to juggle her already busy schedule to do so, as she originally could set up the room on Friday). Despite this, Erica and her team, did an awesome job of putting the room together and juggling their schedule, and everything looked wonderful! We would highly recommend using Erica for your wedding, as you won't be disappointed!
