BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS SALON AND CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT
THIS WAS MY EXPERIENCE.....
Made appointment on Nov 14th at 11:30 am for 10:00 am Nov 15th. (Keep in mind theres no chance of a 24 hour notice of cancellation). Appointment was made w the owner Stacy "ok we will see you tomorrow, if you need anything give us a call, bye"
Also told her i was not getting text messages or emails from her. We had a 9 min conversation on the 14th trying to figure out why her system wasnt sending me messages, after her trying 3 times on the phone to send messages and me saying "no, didnt receive" Stacy said, "lemme try one more thing, adding she was changing something in her system to where my messages to/from were "being bumped back" . After changing a "setting, in her system," I received a text stating that i had an appointment at 10 am on Nov 15th.
Nov 15th I spoke w Stacy at 10:10 am, (all records of phone dates and times) in my phone to back this up, telling her i was around the corner.
She responded with a very UNPROFESSIONAL YELLING ATTITUDE AT HER PLACE OF BUSINESS, THAT she was not taking me. I had booked at LEAST an hour appointment for color and cut (trim, just ends)
She said she marked me as a no show without a 48 hour cancellation.
I responded, "fine i understand the color, but i still have 50 mins, she can do a trim" to which Stacy replied "no she books 45 mins for a hair cut and has someone coming in for color at 11 and its now 10:25...notice on call log it was 10:15 at that time. And that she could surely trim my ends in 45 mins . She denied my request.
If she booked me for an hour (which is crazy to begin with as a brand new customer, 1 HOUR FOR CONSULT, COLOR AND CUT????
TO SAY THE LEAST, IF STYLIST COULD PERFORM ALL 3 OF THOSE SERVICES IN ONE HOUR, SHE COULD CLEARLY PERFORM A TRIM (NOT EVEN A FULL CUT) IN 50 MINUTES.
Phone call ended I went to my bank to do errands , saw she charged me $72.50 as a NO SHOW. I took a picture of the clock on the banks wall that showed that Stacy stating on the phone that it changed to It was 10:30 and I was 30 mins late now, which the photo on the banks clock shows i was there, spoke to the manager about the charge and the time was 10:26 ???????
Keep in mind this was THE SECOND TIME SHE WITHDREW $72.50 FROM my account for a "no show" because she claims she did not receive my 48 hour cancellation on November 2nd for the 4ths appointment.
My bank advised me that I was not present at the time of withdrawal and merchant did not "swipe" my card therefore was manually entered. The card, was "on file to hold appointment and would not be charged per Stacy at time of appointment made via phone, I advised her that i gave her that card because she wouldn't be charging anything and that I would be giving the stylist payment in cash. She advised me multiple times " THE CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANYTHING"
So after the first withdrawal of 72.50 i called mad that she WITHDREW money when 1) she had no authority to do so on that card 2) claims she did not receive my email per her website BUT received my email on November 13th asking for someone to call me and confirm what time my appointment was on the 15th????
Now VENDOR HAS WITHDREW 72.50 PLUS 72.50 FROM MY ACCOUNT UNAUTHORIZED AND ILLEGITIMATE CHARGES.
BBB and ATTORNEY GENERAL contacted as well as disputes filed against this company! NEXT STEP WILL BE SMALL CLAIMS COURT WITH ALL OF MY DOCUMENTS!
OWNER IS VERY RUDE, INDIGNANT, DISRESPECTFUL AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I ADVISED STACY THAT I WAS RECORDING HER CALL AND HER RESPONSE WAS "DO NOT CALL HERE, I WILL CALL THE POLICE FOR HARRASSMENT, WHILE SHE WAS THE OWNER, YELLING IN FRONT OF HER VERY OWN CLIENTS"
