They installed a beautiful paver pathway patio with descending and ascending, large stone steps in the back yard, widened steps ascending to the front door, all new beds, foliage, sprinklers and lighting. They designed and installed a three tier water feature descending the boulder walls in the back yard that took several tries to get right. The upper falls was challenging due to its placement over boulder walls that were too steep for a skip loader to ascend, and when we couldn't determine where the water feature was losing water, they almost completely replaced or relaid the liner in order to fix it. It looks great both running and dormant. Although no job of this size is without its challenges (a paver wall they built in the wrong place and subsequently rebuilt, some details w plants I had them re-do), they went the extra mile in making everything right and were truly professionals throughout the process. I was spoiled coming from CA where I had an award winning, "design only" landscape architect work for me at my last home, so this co in Utah had big shoes to fill. I couldn't find a design only firm in Utah, Frederico did a reasonably good job. I'd recommend getting a design only firm to create plans if I could find one here, and then get several bids from landscape companies, Frederico did give me the option to just pay for the plan if I didn't want to have them do the build, plus they had room in their schedule to start my project soon after the design was complete. Honestly I don't know if I'll be completely happy with the complete design until the plants come back in the spring, I do love the hardscape, their attention to detail and the way they persevered to make everything right. This is a highly professional outfit that did a nice job.

This is the second year in a row that I reached out needing curbing in my yard and Alpine curbing…read moretold me that they would love to do it. Then when I send in how many feet I need, which is 100's , they tell me they are not doing residential only new construction. Why do they keep sending out advertisements in the mail if they are only looking at new construction? They are only interested in homes that have 1000 feet to do. I feel this is misleading to the general public!

We loved working with B&B. We had a curb strip that was a horrible mess and just needed that little…read morebit sodded - we knew if we did it ourselves we'd spend more having to redo what we messed up. Good fair price, though still a good chunk of money but we're happy to pay fairly for good service. Other companies we called said they couldn't get to us for weeks and seemed to snub us for the small job - the manager/owner of B&B answered personally right away, treated us with great respect despite our small job (the key of any business!), followed through sending us a quote the next day exactly as they said. Came just days later (after a weekend in between) with super fresh sod, and installed it wonderfully - we didn't even need to be home. Only had to cut out a few holes in it ourselves to get our sprinklers through but they did a great job sizing it the rest of the way. Weeks later we've got the best looking grassy curb strip on the block. Only suggestion would be to have them include some kind of care instructions - we looked it up online somewhere else to make sure we watered it properly but would've been nice to have a little guidance there. Nothing that wouldn't make us refer friends to them or hire them again. Great service, easy and pleasant to work with.
