This tree service was unbelievable! They are extraordinarily hard workers. Honorable and true to…read moretheir word. Communication is outstanding--we were always told what the next step was. They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. We found them to be completely honest. We hope others will find this review very helpful, and we wish them all the best.

Horrible service! They only serviced my lawn two out of the six times I ordered- mistakenly going…read moreto the wrong address multiple times (not even close to my home). When I called and notified them, they made an appointment to come out and spray and didn't show up again. This happened two more times so I finally called to cancel my service. The only apology offered was a lame excuse and an attempt to put the blame on me because 'I should have notified them as soon as they missed their appt.' Then they wanted to make another appointment! I told them no thanks and gave them my payment information for the second spray they did. I received a call about a month later where they attempted to make another appt to come spray. I made it clear I didn't want to deal with their company because of their customer service. Fast forward 4 months later, about a week before Christmas. I got a call demanding payment for the second spray they did. I told them I'd have to look into my account and make sure it hadn't been taken out, because I had already given them my payment information. The payment had not been taken out from back in August, and being that it was Christmas weekend, I forgot to call back. I then received an invoice with 5 late charges attached. I have since called multiple times in attempt to resolve the situation and I am always sent to voice-mail. No return call has been made.
