The guy that does my nails wasn't there yet so before he showed up she began cutting my acrylic nails with fingernail clippers and ripping them off. By the look on my face she knew it was hurting me but proceeds to tell me "see that didn't hurt at all"! Last time I got my nails done I chose 5 different blue acrylic powders from the wall to have on my nails. This time she said I can't use any of the powders on the wall, I could only choose from 5 neon colors. I ended up getting a new full set but my finger nails are hurting from her ripping my old set off. I will not be returning here. I've never had a problem any other time. Maybe she was having a bad day but not my fault. I will pay extra else where just to be treated with respect! Nobody wants to pay money to be treated poorly. (I paid $72 for ombré full set plus $15 tip)
