He quickly got the salt cell replacement going under warranty (no cost to me!) and spec'd out an automation setup. That night, received the quote with a timeline to get the parts/ installation. We had fired up the hot tub for the first time this year as we had friends from out of town visiting. Something happened and the water kept spilling out of the hot tub into the pool and the hot tub was not heating as it should. Since our pool guy was here that morning and I wasn't sure if he would respond over the weekend, I messaged Brian at midnight as I was pouring through Yelp disappointed we couldn't use the hot tub. He responded within an hour and a half.. amazing for not being business hours. I was already asleep but as soon as I woke up, there was a response.
