For some reason they still sent someone to our home a few days later, so we told them that we never ordered the survey and they left. A few days after we received a bill supposedly because we did not cancel the service properly - which we never ordered in the first place. Then we called and spoke with the owner who was very unprofessional and ended up threatening to take us to small claims. Very shady and dishonest company trying to scare people into paying them for their own incompetence.
