Responses were 4 days between almost every communication, Thus, not even seeing a design for a…read moremonth. For basic artwork I had to gather the images myself (more days wasted on the communication and lack of design research). Even still, they promised to meet production for my party of 100+ but ended up leaving me with no gift at all. Each communication I stressed the date and that I was getting concerned. They took NO responsibility and expressed no empathy for the delayed design services but afforded me the option to receive my items two weeks after my party, which did me no good. I always go into a business with the best of hope that the professionals will treat my car like it belongs to a vip client. I wanted to have the roof and a-pillars of the car vinyl wrapped in gloss black. I discussed over text and sent pictures of what I wanted and was quoted $275. I had a 10am appointment at the shop about 30 minutes away from where I live. I went in and was shown the type of vinyl that would be used and Lilly pulled my quote up on the computer complete with the pictures that I sent. The first warning sign of this was that the quote jumped from $275 to $450 after I confirmed with them what I was getting wrapped on the car while doing the walk through at the car. I figured fine we're here, they're professionals, and will have it done right. After all, it is extra material even though I asked for a quote the day before and sent pictures. Next warning sign was that it was going to take 4 to 5 hours to get this done. No worries. We'll just hang out and do some shopping in the area and get lunch somewhere. Still seemed like an extremely long time to do this small of an area, but again these are professionals and maybe they wanted enough time to make sure the vinyl cured and was done right. We got back to the shop around 230 and went to check on the progress but it was going to be about another hour to do the detailing but that wasn't about cleaning the car because it was a mess on the outside. Nothing was wiped off or cleaned. Once the guy was done, we saw some imperfections in the vinyl that we were told would level out. Some smudges that seemed to be able to be removed with some cleaning solution. The worst at first glance was a scratch from an exacto knife on the trunk. The same exacto knife that was left on the windshield wiper incidentally which I pointed out to them. Willing to overlook all of this, I paid and left. We got up the next day after letting the car sit in the garage untouched overnight only to find that there were many dents in the roof as if the person was putting heavy pressure on it or some things fell on the roof. We didn't see them in the sun of the previous afternoon at the shop. Of course we called immediately after seeing this as well as the vinyl lifting and bubbling in many areas and were first asked did the car get left in the rain and then told to come back. Back at the shop, they agreed that the roof dents on the brand new car and the scratch was their fault and they would file a claim. They wanted to repair it but we just wanted it removed completely and a refund. Then it became clear that this vinyl person is a contractor for their business not an actual employee. This might be normal to outsource, but we were 'asked' to file a claim through the contractor's insurance, not the company that I paid, to expedite getting it fixed. Then the owner, after agreeing to refund us and remove the vinyl altogether said that her lawyer husband told her not to touch the car, for fear of further damage I imagine. After waiting 45 minutes, I eventually got the refund check but we were stuck with this shoddy wrap and dents in the roof. Thankfully it's in the shop right now getting repaired through insurance, but everyone keeps wondering how this even happened to the roof. Lilly seemed nice enough but if a customer is not satisfied and there is clear damage, there should be no discussions or excuses. Don't try to con me, be condescending, or smooth things over with fake excitement knowing that your guy did a terrible job. We didn't really get an apology at all just, oh it's not going to be perfect. When I pay that kind of money it better be what I expect and definitely without any damage.

I purchased a pair of pants that were too small and couldn't return them because they were a final…read moresale item. They are very nice pants and I wanted to get use out of them. So, I started looking for a tailor to see if they could be adjusted to fit me. I was so happy to have found AIB Custom Tailor in Annapolis Mall. The pants had no stretch, but had a front zipper, button closure and wide legs with a cuff. The tailor looked at the pants and said he could fix them if I was willing to give up the cuffs that would give him the extra material he would need to fix the pants. I said YES and was so excited that I found someone that could fix my pants. He asked me when I wanted the pants back and I told him by the weekend (Saturday). That only gave him 3 days. I called him on Saturday afternoon and he said my pants were ready. I immediately left to go pick them up. When I got there he gave me the pants to try on and they fit like a glove. I couldn't believe it! You couldn't tell the pants had been altered at all except they no longer had the cuff. I was so happy! I will be going back again to have other clothes altered.

Unfortunately when I arrived at the store, I saw a hand written note that said the store was suppose to reopen that morning at 10am. I arrived a little after 10am and the store was still not open. My wife and I walked around the mall to give more time for the store to open. A hour or so later we came back to the store and it was still not open. I was told by a nearby vendor that is wasn't the first time a hand written note have been left on the door. I know things happen but being closed during normal business hours is unacceptable and unprofessional. My biggest disappointment was to hear that this wasn't an isolated event.

The owners and employees are always friendly and pick up and drop off is always easy - especially with the drive through. Most weeks my husband or I are taking in a handful of his dress shirts but we take all of our dry cleaning here - his suits, my suits, overcoats, my special occasion dresses, curtains, etc. I also take all of my alternations to Dandy and their reliable alteration service has changed how I shop for clothes. Now when I am trying on clothes that don't fit quite right I buy them knowing I can easily get Dandy to help me with the perfect fit.
