Everything was separated and folded neatly in their own plastic sleeve bag. The hat was wrapped in tissue paper to protect the embroidery during shipment. These items fit true to size for me as medium. They look exactly as they do in the pictures online. The owner followed up with me to see if everything was good. I especially liked that.
