So why would I let you paint the door the wrong color? For the move-out cleaning, you didn't arrive on time, so no, 8 hours of cleaning were not done. You did spend a good amount of time cleaning my home, but that's what happens when it's one person cleaning a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home. And the house wasn't spotless. We hired American Knight Roof and Exterior Cleaning for a soft cleaning on our tile roof. The website says they cover and protect your landscape and they had decent reviews so we hired him. Every one of our plants were in beautiful condition, green, healthy and blooming including two beautiful hibiscus trees with flowers and many buds. The only plants this company covered consisted of a small strip of a few plants. No protection on anything else. The damage to some of our plants was shocking, especially two once beautiful green and lush hibiscus trees and numerous other healthy flowering plants. Our hibiscus trees are now half bare from yellow leaves that have since fallen off including hundreds of flower buds. Nice healthy and green pentas loaded with blooms destroyed. Fortunately our cameras picked up everything and I took pictures of the aftermath so there's no denying the damage. My husband and I have hours of work cleaning, trimming, replanting along with the price of replacing. We sent the company 2 texts and did not hear one word back. We were completely ignored and no courtesy or decency was shown to us to in the form of a call or a return visit to address the issue. We paid by check and they quickly cashed it the next day, so this is a lesson learned to always use a credit card so you have leverage. We just wanted you all to be aware and alerted to this business and what happened to us. Hire at your own risk and don't always trust the reviews or the websites. First two pictures were before the roof cleaning and the second two were after. Progressively became worse after a couple of days.

But, my gut was right. Bobbie and Gary did the job as promised. They were professional, courteous and even sealed spots that needed some extra care. Then to make sure,they blew out any remnants. Once the roof was put on correctly, it seemed only appropriate that they put me in touch with an A+ Painter to fix their mistakes. Taylor, who owns the business, was personable, professional, and very communicative. Although he was hired by the roofer, he was unbiased in his judgment and always wanted to do the right by the consumer, even when it meant potentially losing the job when he had to inform the roofer that there was no way a simple patch job would hide the damage done and the entire ceiling and connected areas would need to be repainted to match and blend in without looking like crap. At the end of the day, I couldn't have been happier with Taylor, and he assured me that if at any point I was unhappy with his work, he would return. He also moonlights as a competent exterminator. While he was here, he caught the biggest huntsman spider I have ever seen in my life and removed it from my house. It was as big as my hand! I thought I was going to have to call the police.
