The family center here offers kids programming with arts, Spanish lessons, gymnastics, and other organized activites. Not just kids running around all over the place in a daycare which makes me feel excited to bring my kids. There are also countless preschool lessons, swim lessons, a warm pool with slide, water fountain and zero entry. There are numerous free classes for the grown ups included with membership from yoga to kickboxing, weight training, Pilates, spin, anything you can think of! Multiple racquet ball courts, a track, a court gym with drop in hours for pick up games and plenty of exercise equipment and weights makes this a top of the line gym with the added focus on the family. My son canceled it 3 times on line and said membership canceled everytime. They said he never filled out the form. Can't cancel in person had to do it online. They gave me one month refund should had three according to an email. So if you are planning on joining be aware canceling isn't easy. Son liked the gym otherwise.

Decent equipment and love their music selections. Very high energy. This gym is powerlifting-friendly and has its own area for chalk. It's nice to see a place that not only allows deadlifts, but has a platform and doesn't blink at chalk-use. Also, I love the mural on one of the main walls painted by a local artist. Very nice work. If I lived in DM, I would get a membership here.

Locker rooms were very messy and even smelled, my granddaughter got her UGG boots stolen while there, the staff and head manager guy was not friendly or helpful at all, their were no lap lames open to swim, a sign upstairs read there was a time limit on the machines, the day care area was full/ would not go back to this Y ever again!
