Chester was polite, opening doors and putting down a seat for easy access (we took a mini van to fit us). His rate was fair, $20 flat. Later we called for a pickup from Epcot, about 30 minutes before we were ready to go, and he again was extremely efficient. He even explained where he'd pick us up. Heading home was the same flat rate too-no tricks or surcharge like uber. A++
