Used Town Car Now again for our family trip this year. As expected, they did not let us down. My family arrived earlier and had a missing bag that needed to be delivered. Since we were there when it arrived, we asked if we could wait for it. Habib was great and took our bags to the car while we waited. He missed another pick up but did not make us feel it was our fault...although it definitely was our fault. Hopefully we made it up to him. He was amazing. Then we had the pleasure of having Kristen pick us up for our return. She was great and it was nice to meet her in person. Will definitely use them again and recommend anyone using them. I paid for an inside meet & greet w/sign holding chauffeur, as well, a black suburban. I did not get either! I received a text message stating "let me know when you get your bags", which I found odd but assumed maybe he was at the baggage carrousel; he was not. We got out bags and then he text "let me know when you are outside"; we waiting outside for an additional fifteen minutes and a silver commercial, mini-van type of vehicle, driven by an extremely rude man pulled up. I advised that I had paid for inside meet & greet and a Suburban, at which time he curtly told me "I'm not wasting my time to go get a different car" (ummm...I had reservations) and "I'm not allowed to go inside" (my receipt clearly indicates we will be met inside by a chauffeur holding a sign). This was a very special occasion and this pick up was incredibly important. It was destroyed by this company and this horribly rude driver. Now I get to spend the time to battle them for a refund. This company is nothing like what they advertise. I called and made three reservations. SFB to a hotel in Cocoa Beach; hotel to cruise port; and cruise port back to SFB. Less than 24 hours before our first flight I got a cancellation email for the second leg saying they cant do it because it's not cost effective for them. So I call and they apologize and rebook it. On our way to the airport for that first flight I get a second cancelation email. I make another call and get the runaround. I ask to speak to the owner and she wanted to charge almost double because it shouldn't have been booked because they don't do such short trips that are an hour away from their office. Keep in mind two different employees on two different occasions made the reservation for me. She finally she agreed to keep the reservation but only after me begging and pleading. Terrible way to do business and will NEVER use again! read more

I wish I had done more research before my trip down to Disney and known about this wonderful car service. I would have much rather booked them than take a regular checker cab outside of MCO airport. The regular taxi ride was not a smooth ride which made my wife and baby girl car sick (she even threw up on arrival to our hotel). Town Car Now however is very professional, super easy to book online (did it with my iPad) and just as all the other 5 star reviews on Yelp rated them to be. Thats really the reason why I booked them for our return trip from our Resort Hotel in the Animal Kingdom Village - Kidani Village to MCO. Our driver, Kevin arrived on time (even a little early in fact) and was a pro. He was very courteous, super helpful with our bags, and even asked us about our stay providing a great some conversation for the start of our ride. He even offered us some water prior to getting in the car. Also, I originally booked a Sedan or town car, but he arrived in a SUV free upgrade apparently, score! Plus no need for cash or calculating tip since I was as able to prepay the tip, just like Seamless (totally easy). I was traveling with my wife, and 16 month old daughter, so I had a car seat, but apparently they provide car seats as well, so I will not have to bring one next time. I highly recommend Town Car Now, and suggest everyone use this service for their transport to and from the airport. The ride was so smooth and comfortable that all 3 of us nodded off into a gentle nap in the car until Kevin pulled right up to our terminal. A++++ service! read more

I would keep in mind they don't seem to have someone sitting on facebook, so don't expect a 1 minute reply but they were able to help me with changing my time of my departure so I didn't arrive at the airport 4 hours early. I made reservations with Town Car Now for pickup at the airport and to be picked up the following day at a residence. With a pickup time of about 9:30pm on a Friday, I called early Thursday morning to cancel since my coworker, contracted Covid. I myself began to have symptoms so I cancelled my flight and of course my Town Car reservation. The lady told me it was no problem. Somehow I was billed ANYWAY and also received a call the my car was ready at the residence on a Saturday, which is a lie because they never picked me up at the airport on that Friday. So how would I have gotten to the residence? And there was no car waiting on the surveillance camera as I asked my relative to check. This business is crooked as I called and explained and they told me I'd have a refund in one to two days and it's about 5 now and no refund. I will NEVER do business with them again. This is my second review in Yelp and definitely won't be the last. I was encouraged to use yelp a while back and it is only now that I am giving it a go. We used Town Car Now last August when we went to Orlando Florida. Kristen Andrews, the CEO personally answered my emails in very prompt and professional manner. I found that she was on Linkedin and Town Car Now listed in Facebook and other social media. Unlike some transport services in Orlando who falsely claim to be BBB certified, this company is what they claim to be. I took extra effort to make sure that they are a member of BBB and rated top notch. We went for a Disney Cruise that time. Normally, we book transfers with the travel vacation company using the Magical Express or the Disney Cruise Coach, however because we were booking an extra night before the cruise in a resort outside of Disney (Nickelodeon Resort), we had to find an alternative transfer service from the airport to Nickelodeon and to Port Canaveral the next day. Our travel agent found a service for us but we found it to be too expensive. There are 5 of us traveling, and we have a 2-year old and a 9-year old with us. I like reading reviews and saw that there were lots of scams involving transporatation services in Florida. With kids in tow, I was very careful about choosing the right one. I hit the jackpot with Town Car Now. If there is ever a hidden jewel in this industry, it is this one. We had highly reliable service, very courteous and professional. Their driver waited patiently in the airport baggage area as we try to find our bags (sorry I forgot the name of our first driver). He advised that we inquire at the special handling area when we found that one of our bags was missing, and he was right, our missing bag was there. We requested a stop at a local CVS for water bottles and supplies before we headed to the resort and he waited patiently in the Suburban. The next day we were picked up on time for our trip to Port Canaveral. Our second driver James Herrin offered ice-cold bottled water before we headed out for the 1-hour trip. All throughout the ride, we were treated with educational information about Orlando and areas we passed by and he was extremely pleasant with the kids. He made sure we were ok at the terminal before he headed out. On both ocassions, we were driven in a Suburban - so it was quite roomy and they had a car seat for our 2-year old. We opted to take the Disney coach going back to the airport from the cruise ship - only because the kids wanted to try it. If I ever needed a reliable transportation service in Orlando, I would always keep Kristen and Town Car Now in mind. I highly highly recommend their service. read more

The reviews do not do this service justice. We were greeted by emille as soon as we arrived, he allowed us to stop off at a grocery store to grab some items and provided the absolute best service. It does cost more than a public shuttle but I would recommend this service when beginning your Orlando vacation, it sets the scene for an incredible experience, we are not stressed at all about the ride back to the airport when our vacation concludes, because we know we are in excellent hands! read more

I traveled in late Jan 2016 to WDW for 8-night stay with wife, 4-year old, 18-month old, 4 pieces of regular luggage, 2 pieces of carry-on luggage, and a BOB stroller (which has large wheels and is not all that convenient to fold down). I preferred having 2 car seats for the ~30 minute ride. My top 3 options were (1) Mears shared ride (but no car seats, who knows how many stops we would have to make for other passengers, I did not what mood my kids would be in that day after the 3 hour plane ride); (2) minivan or large SUV rental (2 car seat rentals would run me probably at least $20-25 per day alone, daily parking cost at the hotel -- probably looking at well over $600 for the week total), or (3) a service like Town Car Now. I am so happy I chose Town Car Now. I booked a reservation online and called in to request 2 car seats. Emile was our driver when we arrived to MCO, and he texted me right after we landed and was waiting for us at the bottom of the elevator at luggage pickup. He got all of our bags and it was like a 40 yard walk to his Chevy Suburban right outside of luggage pickup. The car seats were ready and we were off. It was nice to just sit back and relax and let him do the navigating. He pointed out things as we approached WDW, and my 4-year old loved that. In retrospect, we would have used a rental car zero times during our 8-night stay at WDW. We requested to be picked up at 0530 for our departing flight, and I received a text from our driver Kristen at 0525 that she was waiting for us in a red Yukon XL. Honestly, I saw her drive up a few minutes earlier before she sent the text, but I figured it was not our ride since by the looks of the headlamps, I could tell the vehicle was essentially brand new. But it was our ride. Very clean vehicle. It was a smooth, stress-free ride back to MCO. It was nice to not have to think about where to drop off a rental, how long would that take, etc. Just thinking about using a shared ride service with 2 kids and all of our luggage gave me mild nausea. Kristen dropped off us right in front of the Southwest curbside check in and we were luggage free in literally 5 minutes. I pre-paid everything on-line for our rides, including tip, so both ends of the trip did not even require me to pull out my wallet. Sure, it cost more than a shared Mears ride, but it was well worth it. You parents out there know what I am talking about. When I return to MCO, whether for WDW or for a cruise out of Port Canaveral, I plan to use Town Car Now. read more

Dec 30, 2013 - Update Kristen at TCN called me when she read my post and apologized for the situation. She offered to refund me the $26 by cheque.... That was back in on August 18. After numerous emails to inquire about my refund, I have not received any response. Beware if you use TCN. August 2013 - My initial review of TCN was positive. That was until I got home in Canada and received my receipt. The driver took it upon himself to give himself a $26 tip without my knowledge. That was before I tipped the driver in cash. I've asked to have the $26 refunded and have not received a phone call back even to acknowledge my complaint. I will not be using this company again. read more

From beginning to end. We had Primo as our driver for both trips & he was well dressed and very kind. We had a very clean and newer Suburban. He texted us when he was on his way, texted us when he was there & had an ipad w/our name on it once we arrived. He also offered us water upon entering the vehicle. The price is very reasonable and one of the lowest. We will use them again for sure. I used this service three times, but for the third time they were busy and couldn't make it so they contracted it to another shuttle service who we did pay ourselves with a credit card, when we got home to Canada and looked at my bill I noticed she still billed $65 for the third ride which she didn't provide, I called her and she said she would mail me the check, but after 5 weeks I sent her another text and email and she just doesn't reply. I called the night before to ensure the car would be there for our early 5 am pickup and they verified our reservation with 2 car seats. The next morning as we were waiting with our 2 small children I decided to call again to make sure they were on their way. When I contacted them they were not on their way and had missed our reservation despite my call the previous day to confirm. They were not sure they could make it to our hotel in time so I had to scramble to find an alternative ride to the airport with car seats. They informed me that I would be reimbursed for the ride we found but when the check came the owner did not feel the need to reimburse us for the tip we provide our other driver nor did they give us any money back for the ride they did not provide us but instead a $50 voucher for the future. I was very nervous traveling alone with my toddler, as well as being 8 months pregnant. Town Car Now could not have been more smooth of a process. Thomas the driver was waiting for me at the baggage claim with my name on an IPad. He helped me with my carry on bags, and waited for my checked bag, while I was with my toddler. The Mercedes was a few yards from baggage claim. The drive was very friendly, and offered me cold water. It was smooth sailing to the hotel, and I was thankful it was an easy process. My husband was going to call and confirm the day before I was to arrive, and Town Car Now beat him to it with a confirmation email with all the specific details. My driver also sent me a text message when I exited the plane, letting me know he was at the airport and waiting for me. That was very reassuring. We checked with several other town car companies, and most charged for car seats or you had to have a minivan or SUV, to have one forward facing car seat. Town Car Now did not charge extra, and had a safe and clean forward facing car seat for my toddler. Thank you for your exceptional service!! read more

The first trip was an airport pick up and the driver was texting me to say he was waiting at baggage claim just as I got off the plane (and our flight was early too!). Very professional and friendly too.
