I had to go back out and fumble to find the right side and the slacks were all mixed in together with different brands and sizes were all over the place I just grabbed what I could. When I asked for assistance regarding sizes and promotions, I received little to no engagement from the sales staff. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which is not the level of service I expect from a brand like Ralph Lauren. I followed up with both store management and corporate. While an apology was eventually provided, the overall handling of the issue -- including how my initial concern was closed without resolution -- left me dissatisfied. Boy, both the store and I profited from that! I bought gifts for my wife, daughter, son and three dogs. Most of the clothing is styled as work blue collar work clothes and many are just that. Having been a sailor, welder, plumber, carpenter and electrician; these are what I like to be wearing.
