The mark up is a joke at the store. I can not believe they are charging so much but give you very little.

    Brand new.

I understand consignment and resell stores have to be particular about the items they accept. However, this place is fucking ridiculous. I brought in about 30 items and (after waiting well over the estimated 45 minute wait) I was offered $4 for 6 shirts from Target. Not $4 for each shirt. $4. I had Victoria's Secret tank tops in great condition, a brand new set of Victoria's Secret pajamas, and a brand new pair of Pumas. After I pointed out the Puma's, she said they couldn't accept them because of their condition. ... They're literally brand new. She then said she could give me $6 for them. I just took all of my items back and went home. I can have a yard sale and make more than $20.

The staff is rude. You also can't get any info about price of clothes you are consigning on the phone

Stellar service, yet again this past saturday! Thank you teo sweet ladies who helped and checked us…read moreout. We often find ourselves in one of their outdoor locations in memphis.. in search of something before or during summer.. and the occasional winter visit to find a good selection of men's gifts.. This time was as wonderful, if not more so, than our other experiences here. Daughters heading to camp, in search of some new chacos as hers were too small. They always have a pretty great selection of chacos, Tevas , outdoor sandals. We had excellent help and the sweet lady didn't tire of bringing out more options/color schemes and offering suggestions.. as my daughter is weird about shoe colors. She was also very knowledgeable about the product and sizes etc. lovely experience and we will back!! The young lady who checked us out was great too. I wish I'd of gotten their names.. the you g lady who checked us out is home for the summer I believe from Colorado, to help in the store. Go bye and see them For all of your outdoor, camping, climbing, etc. gear.

We were asked by each employee we saw if we needed help, and on a couple of accessions we did ask questions and were helped. Staff was knowledgeable and looked like they actually partake of the outdoors and outdoor activities using the gear for sale here. I found a backpacking pack I'd had my eye on for a bit and the price was good so I went ahead and got it. Good selection of clothes and gear, not as much as REI but a good selection nonetheless. I've known about this place for a while but just hadn't managed to stop in but made the effort to today when I was in the area. I'll definitely come back here again for camping/hiking stuff.

This is a big and tall store. We went here to get my hubs a new suit. The store has shoes,…read moreundergarments, dress and casual clothing, with sizes up to 6X. The employees are attentive, help fit you, and willing to answer any questions.

Longtime Browser (... I mean Shopper)…read more Real Quick: + Designer-brand Big & Tall Sizes that guys can't find anywhere else + Store is (almost) always organized, neat & clean + Friendly staff always willing to help + They are EXPENSIVE (for my budget) More Detail: I've been visiting this store for a long, long time. In fact, I remember when it used to be a Repp B&T & a Casual Male. When DXL took over, it got CRAZY EXPENSIVE -at least more than I want to pay for clothes. I remember once they had a selection of pocket squares for close to $100 each! (Just the hankie. No tie included!) Well, now a big guy can finally find a nice selection of designer labels (Polo Ralph Lauren, Nautica, Vineyard Vines, True Religion, etc). I've seen sizes 6X and size 60+. Personally, I can shop for my size in many department stores at much lower prices (albeit the selection is very poor elsewhere.) Clearance Back Corner: Yes, I'm the guy who starts in the back of the store and first looks for any bargains first. For the past few years, their clearance corner is pretty meager. The selection is slim and most items are only 25% off the sticker price. YUCK! Merchandise: The products are high-quality. I still wear sportcoats, slacks, jeans, etc. I purchased from DXL many years ago! Coupons: I no longer get any discounts that "wow" me or compel me to visit. Most coupons require that I spend at least $100! I did receive a birthday coupon -if I spend $50. (Thanks DXL) People: The people are always nice and willing to help. I've seen many come & go over the years, but Katrina is still there and always greets me with a warm welcome. Store: The store's appearance lives up to its reputation. It is always clean and well organized. It even smells real nice! I won't knock-off a star simply because their prices are more than I'm willing to pay. I do recommend it for the big & tall guy!
