It's okay. Everybody was nice, place was clean. But it's fairly inconvenient. It's two to four dollars more expensive than Laundry Lounge, and nearly all the tables, specifically the more convenient ones near the washers are all "staff only". There's like two or three tables for customers, as opposed to the two giant half the work area ones and the small one near the window. They have tons of baskets, so uh.. I guess on a busy day, fold your laundry at home or in a basket, cause everything you could be using are just for the staff. Laundry Lounge has services too, they don't take that much space from their customers. Otherwise, it's fine. There's a goodwill down the walkway to pass the time, a Walmart nearby if you need to shop and some places to eat if you're hungry. And like I said, clean and friendly. That being said, apparently there's a Hispanic lady with glasses treating all the customers like s*it. I haven't had the pleasure, which is probably a good thing because I'm off my meds for the second day in a row and I'm already having a hard time controlling my rage. DO NOT WORK HERE !!!! Today I get a message from the Manager Susan stating because of my frequent call outs she's changed the schedule. Since March 3 2023. I've missed 4 days PRE PLANNED & called out 2 days when my daughter was in the hospital being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis September 7th. So I QUIT! I go take my uniform and get my check Susan tells me "good you can go be a hoe some place else." I tell her I'm going to contact the owner Paul she tells me, "I have 2 employees standing here & they didn't hear me say anything." PULL THE TAPE! Susan the manager is very unprofessional. She can't keep employees because of how she belittles them in front of customers if something is put in the incorrect dyer or washer. The entire place was incredibly clean as the employees were regularly going throughout the store to wipe things down or sweep up the floors. The staff was also very attentive and available for any needs. They paid close attention to the store & customers, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but could feel a little creepy with how tight of space it was. I wasn't ever sure where I should/could leave my belongings while waiting for the clothes to finish, such as my soaps or laundry basket. Where is my $1,000 goose down comforter that I dropped off last Saturday, September 9, 2023? When I was finally told that it was back from where ever they send their dry cleaning to(???) I was handed an item that was clearly NOT my comforter and when I told the employee this( she refuses to tell me her name because they aren't allowed to give out their names) she said that was what they handed her and to talk to a manager the next day. Now , I've called a number of times but no one will answer my calls. I was given the run-around by this same employee when I initially went to get my comforter on the day it was supposed to be in, and it wasnt, then, called by her the next day telling me she had my comforter and to take my business eleswhere! I didn't do anything but attempt to puck up my cleaning! Of course after waiting 6 days for my comforter to be dry cleaned and then getting something that wasn't even close to being my comforter I wouldn't go back there with my business ever again! I had a huge comforter to clean that wouldn't fit in my washing machine. I came in due to the ratings and was pleasantly surprised. The facility is very clean. There are a ton of machines. In all sizes. The cheapest is $2.50 and they go up from there. The large machine, for blankets and big loads, was $5.50. Machines do take cards as well. There is a change machine and a seating area with a tv and snacks. There are a ton of "do no" signs around with was a little intimidating but overall it seems to be a great place. All machines have timers and lock while you're away but I wasn't going to chance leaving. read more

I'm washing a king size comforter, polyfill, in the $6.50 washer in the large load section. About 27 minutes for Hot heavy load. Takes coins or credit card. Plenty of seating, vending machines, small kids area with 2 small tables and chairs. Attendant very helpful and friendly. Dryer $0.50 per 8 minutes for xlarge dryers, and $0.50 per 12 minutes on regular sized dryers. Will definitely return for cleaning comforters. read more

I have been patronizing this place for a year and will no longer do it. I only went here because it was conveniently located to where I live. The old Hispanic woman who works in the mornings is just horrible. She is very disrespectful and nasty. I have watched her berate customers and her fellow employes. I had enough when she was incredibly rude to myself and my family. Rude to me because I accidently put money in the wrong machine It was an easily fixable situation, but she had to scold me like a child and tell me I shouldn't be making mistakes like that. I put up with the homeless people and their dogs living outside the laundry but have had enough of her rudeness. Do your job lady! Treat people with respect. The place is clean but too many broken machines. With that said, the young ladies who work with this horrible person are very kind and put up with a lot. I wish I could have put 0 stars. read more

This laundry place is literally ass. When I pressed start on the washer water immediately started to pour out onto the ground. I pressed the emergency stop button confused asf only for a middle aged obese worker to run up to me and push me out the way. She ended up opening the machine and finding a dime lodged between the lid. She then exclaimed that I "shouldn't have just stood there and done nothing" even though I tried stopping the machine to stop the water. How was I supposed to know that there was something stuck between the lid of the machine preventing it from sealing correctly?? especially a dime??? Every staff member I have met here is rude. I brought my teenage niece here to teach her how to do laundry as Ana adult, and the staff member was extremely pressed and rude to everyone in here. Older Hispanic/White woman with glasses. She's been rude to me and other people on other occasions as well. I get that you may have a job to do folding clothes or whatever the case may be, but it's not your job to tell someone "get away from there. There's a table for you over there." It would have been more professional in my opinion to say (especially to a kid!!!) "I'm sorry but I was using this for ____. Do you mind moving to a different folding table?" Even if we're not handing you cash we are customers after all. I don't think I'll be back here. I popped in do laundry this week and found a very clean location with an active staff to ask for help and questions. They have a two tv's to watch and a sitting area. Their machines are clean and in good working order. There were a handful of machines that were out of order, but their other machines handled the flow of traffic for the early morning well. We've been coming here for months whenever our tiny apartment laundry room is unavailable and it's cheaper, too! Clean surfaces and folding areas, machines with plenty of space and two loads typically don't take us more than an hour and a half even on busy weekends. Even 1 star is too much. Attendant would not let my husband help me with our 5 loads of laundry. I asked what her people limit was so that we could make sure that someone needing to do laundry wasn't waiting and she said it was her decision and at the time there were maybe 3 people in there. Even food establishments let the spouse in to help pick up food. Yes they have a sign but it's only if you enter one door posted up high. I love this Laundry-Mat. The two ladies that run it are so nice and so welcoming. I go every week to do my laundry. Always clean and usually not crowded. Sometimes some of the other patrons are rude but there is nothing to be done about that. I'm usually in and out within 1 to 2 hours, a little longer if it's crowded. I like coming here since it's smaller than most so it's not overflowing with people. I love chatting with the ladies that run it, they are very helpful. This place has the option to drop your laundry off as well but I do mine myself and have never had any problems. They recently had most of their washers replaced so none of them have problems. I also love that they have bigger washers and dryers for when I have to wash comforters. This place is a really good place to do laundry. Open from 7am to 10pm with the last wash being at 830pm. read more

I have gone to this laundry for years to wash blankets that are to big for my home machine. I have dogs so there is dog hair on the blankets but i always made sure the machines were clean when I was done. Today I had a machine that did not fill with enough water so when it was done I moved it to another machine to wash again. There was dog hair left in the other machine because of the low water so I asked the attendant for something to clean the hair off. She gave me a rag and then ran the machine empty to clean it. Then she told me she was allergic to dog hair and I was not to come back again. How is this even right! I did the right thing and i have alway been a good customer. read more

I really did not like this laundromat. It was a fine location. They did not sell bleach there for some reason, but the lady gave me some that another guest had left behind. That was nice of her, but my dad had already left to go get bleach, and why would you not sell it?? Washers were very small. The thing that bugged me the most was that the dryers have signs that say they can only be paid for in 30 minute increments or "they will automatically shut down". This is NOT TRUE. I accidentally put in an extra quarter, bringing the total time above 30 mins, and the dryer ran fine. I usually run errands while my clothes are in the dryer, but they have these signs up so they can force patrons to sit there with their laundry. Bad customer service in this regard!! read more

Cannot even give this dump one star. Beware! I probably went there for 6 mos. not thrilled with it but went for convenience. Wasted lots of money til I researced other laundromats. The dryers are terrible. I had only 2 fairly small loads each time I went and the lousy dryers cost me $2 and the clothes were still damp. The owner wants you to use her big expensive washers for $5 or $6 instead of fixing her $4 washers or replacing them and refuses to buy good washers for $2.50. Does not have a variety of washer sizes. 2 of her cheap washers stink so bad she should never have kept them there. The junk she has have black front covers so you cannot see the lack of water in the machines plus they leak out from the bottom which she downplays but that should not be happening, and they are way to small and she charges too much for them. So I am now going to a wonderful, clean laundromat with modern equipment, with a variety of sizes and prices which cost me a lot less. For example, the dryers cost me 3 quarters for 21 minutes and I put in a double load including towels and everything is dry. In fact, I have pulled out my clothes 3 minutes earlier at times because they were dry. The dryers get super hot and washers are wonderful. The laundromat is in the Sprouts shopping center on the corner of Dublin and Academy. Great, safe neighborhood. I am saving $28.00 a month going to this laudromat and I am in and out in no time. I tell everyone about this place. Always washers and dryers available and no hassle. Nice music. Plenty of parking! Owners are wonderful! And you can shop the great sales at Sprouts while you are there. You won't be sorry. This is the way a laundromat should be and you will save lots of money and be appreciated by the owners. read more

I bring my mother here to do her laundry once a month. Although the facility is nice and clean there's ALWAYS seems to be a problem with one of the washers. On top of machines not working & leaving our clothes soaking wet we seem to get the blame for the non working washers. The first time I come and washed there was a very nice Asian man that I think owns the place that came & helped me. The second time I came there was a not so nice lady that's treated us like we were breaking their already broken machine.
