All the big stores have them and they're trying to compete I've been hear all my life off an on as a snow bird and these ppl have been here ever since I can remember. These people are a joke, I came here 4 months ago because I saw a vehicle listed online for $2900 so I scheduled and met up with them. Everything seemed fine even when we test drove the car (we went up the road and back not even a mile) and then they said the $2900 price was the price without "dealer fees and taxes" but never told me how much I was financing. Anyway I waited around for hours while they were doing their part of the "deal" but we made it to the end and I gave them about $3400 cash and I leave and log into Westlake later on to see that I still owe $4800 so that hurt but I was like hey whatever I need a car. Now on the way home I realize there was a studder in the transmission and I have no headlights. So I buy new headlights and go on about my night(obviously upset because transmission work is far from cheap) The next day I get an oil change and replace the coolant and when I get to the gas station I realize all my coolant immediately dumps soon as I park the vehicle. And then I notice on the inside that the sunglasses holder was broken and couldn't stay up on its own (it just hangs from the ceiling now) and then my a/c goes out. And they sold me the car with wire coming from the tire. So I tried to get it replaced and they've literally stripped every single lugnut/stud on this tire (probably why it wasn't replaced before selling) so now here I am with a vehicle I can't drive because I can't replace my tire and I don't have that kind of money to have them deal with the stripped studs plus I keep missing out on work because of this vehicle. Let alone there's no a/c and we live in Florida. And then I still owe over 4 grand on this pos so please do not take yourself or your loved ones here because these people will lie straight through their teeth to you (I was told this vehicle would be safe,efficient and reliable) mind you I've got 4 children that now have no sustainable transportation nor myself. Don't walk away...RUN. They tried to tell me an additional $2,800.00 of work was done on the vehicle AFTER we tentatively agreed on a price. The work list included new front rotors and pads. How hard is that to check?? You look through the wheel and you can see the rotors, which were far from new. Our salesman was new, so she has not been corrupted yet, but business is a front for scamming people, The sales manager is a complete fraud, dishonest and completely unethical We went to look at a $33,000 truck and they added on ridiculous charges that were not disclosed in any of their advertisements online or anywhere else Wanted $2900 more for ridiculous Low Jack system and coatings they say they put on the leather and the underbody which they do not tell you in any advertising, and would not takeoff the final price. They also have licensing charges that don't make sense because we were taking the car out of state and getting it licensed in Kentucky but they still wanted $1700 to get the car licensed and transfer the title which was not even going to be done in Florida. Charlotte County DMV told me all I had to pay was Sales Tax and a $10 temporary tag fee but they wanted an extra $1690. They have no intention of ever selling you a car at the listed price Run as far away from these crooks as possible. This place is sketch. I don't know why the State allows them to stay in business. I wrote a letter to the Attorney General at 866-9-NO-SCAM I'm sure I'm not the first or the last that will report them I hope our sales person can find a job at a legitimate dealership because she does not deserve to be associated with that crowd. read more

Out the door they wanted $20,000, for a price hike of $8000, with one of the add on charges being $2000 for no trade in. We went down the road and purchased another vehicle from a reputable dealer. They came down on price, no unscrupulous add ons...we paid cash and out the door. This is deceptive advertising and sales practices, a total bait and switch...stay away. read more

Wow, the other reviews, I read could not be more accurate. I was prepared to pay cash for the car I was interested in. I actually thought we were going to negotiate. Apparently that wasn't necessary because the general manager at the Punta Gorda, Florida store on Tamiami Trail came out with a contract before we even discussed price. The car was listed on the lot at $23,000. The piece of paper he put in front of me started at $29,000. I have a degree in business which doesn't necessarily mean anything, but I looked at that contract and I looked at him and I'm like are you serious! It didn't even phase him. FYI, if you make the mistake of going to that store, his name rhymes with today or tomorrow whatever. The worst part is I actually liked those people when the process started.
