I've attended two birthday parties here weeks apart. Pretty popular place. Helps that they recently opened and handing out specials. People were coming in and out of these places over the summer while I was here for birthdays. It's a great place for kids of all ages but more geared towards younger kids. Some of the areas, my early teenagers would bump their heads on some of the jungle gym areas but they had a good time with the other activities. Worst case you could send your older kids next door to the ninja place, their "sister" playground. This place looks and feels so vibrant and welcoming. I love the feel and I'm sure the kids do too. Id also like to mention that there are no locks to the gates so watch your kids from running out. We came during a busy time and the line wasn't moving fast enough to let us in even with two attendants but I'm sure they've improved by now, at least I hope. You need grip socks here, but you're welcome to bring your own. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. Separate ones for males and females, as well as all gender private restrooms available for handicap as well. Pretty neat place. A lot of my friends got memberships. I've literally been waiting for this place to reopen since the original grand opening. First of all the bathrooms were super clean. And the AC actually worked. If you're a parent, you already know that alone is a win. It was busy, but not the kind of busy where you're stressed the whole time. My son was still able to run straight to all the fun spots and actually try everything without waiting forever. That made such a difference. I did overhear a parent frustrated that they charge for infants (0-11 months). Parents can come in free to supervise, which is nice, but you do have to pay if you plan to jump. We went during a 50% off weekend, so two hours at half price felt like a total mom win. Also they allow outside food, which I honestly love. Someone had an entire box of Costco pizza, and I saw another parent with Uber Eats McDonald's. No overpriced snack-bar pressure, just bring your own food. I've been going back and forth about the membership... but $54.99 a month (with one buddy pass) and $89.99 for VIP just feels a little steep for our budget right now. Maybe if they run a special or adjust pricing. Overall though we had a really good time and we'll definitely be back. read more

This is a really cool place! My kid had a great time and we'll definitely be coming back. The pricing is actually pretty reasonable, and the membership is priced well too -- I might take advantage of that in the future. Just a couple small things to point out: the floors are pretty slippery, so make sure you wear grip socks. Even with mine on, I almost slipped twice. Also, none of the guns for the ball blasters were working, which was a little disappointing. And the screen for the digital ball-throwing game faces the glass window, so the sun glare makes it really hard to see. Overall though, it's a fun spot and we enjoyed it! read more

FINALLY REOPENED!! They been through a lot since their opening and it was worth it! We went to their Vista location a few weeks ago and it was amazing (see my review for Vista) and the Rancho location was even better. The lines to get in last weekend was literally out the door. It felt like I was waiting to get into a club LOL Rancho is about 27,000 sq ft of kid focused activities. A lot of their set up was similar to Vista but there are things that I liked better at the Rancho one. First let's talk about pricing as that is super important. It's $30 for the full day and ins and out privileges are allowed. We went during their reopening weekend and admission and parties were 50% off. So I def had to book my little one's party. Their snack bar is so reasonable priced. I have been to other indoor playgrounds and snacks are so expensive where a can of soda was $5. Secondly, the play structures, interactive actives and jumpers are huge. The jumper was so big that it had a basketball court, climbing apparatus and mini obstacle course inside (much bigger than Vista). The multi level play structure had a basketball/soccer court inside, touch screen projection video game and many slides ( I count at least 4). The toddler area had a ball out and slide and had this spaceship where it would drop balls into the ball out. This is where all the kiddos were cause it was so fun. In the toddler area, there was a mini jumper so the toddlers could also enjoy a jumper and be safe from the bigger kiddos. Oh! There was a trampoline in the toddler area too! Overall I'm still really impressed with Play City and can't wait to go back. As the summer is coming and staying away from outside playground while not impacting play time...Play City is the answer. Ninja Factory is an indoor playground for older kiddos should be opening in 3-4 weeks. Same owners so you know it's going to be great! read more

WOW! I've been to many indoor playgrounds and this one is by far my absolute favorite. The place is outstandingly clean, from the play equipment, toys, to even the bathrooms. It's a very well maintained space. There is a wide variety of things to do like climbing up the climbing structures and sliding down, trampolines, giant inflatable space, toddler catered area with a ball pit, infant space, and plenty of seating. There is also several private party spaces too. This space could easily be enjoyed for several hours. My husband, myself, and our toddler had a blast here! Highly recommend!! read more

Play City has been the greatest indoor playground experience we've had in a long time! My children (elementary-age) love Play City and ask to go back frequently. The structures are very fun for kids and keep them entertained for hours. We can easily spend several hours there and my kids are never bored. As a parent, I really enjoy this location. The layout is very easy to watch my children wherever they are at. They're mid to upper elementary age so gone are the days where I need to stay right next to them. However, it's still a must to be able to easily keep on eye on them while playing. Play City offers wi-fi so parents can stay entertained while their kids are running around. The dedicated toddler area is also very large compared to other locations - and there is a good variety of options for the small children. Play City is always very clean and taken care of. I see staff walking around and cleaning up while we are there, not just at the end of the day. My only wish is it were closer to our home because we would be there even more often. read more

Had our daughter's birthday party yesterday afternoon. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The spaces for the parties are open and spacious depending on your party size. They are punctual with your timeframe for parties. As soon as our time block was over, the staff waited for us to clear our things so that they could clean and sanitize the area. They did that after every single party. You can tell, as the spaces were so clean and the entire facility was very well kept. There were a lot of kids and families at Play City but it never felt overwhelming or chaotic. I loved the space, the vibes and the cleanliness. 10/10 would recommend and can say that all the families that attended the party loved it there and some said they'd consider booking their parties there too. Great place and so much to do for kids of all ages. However, the employees will literally clean the tables right after one another which leaves the entire place smelling like harsh chemicals. I tried to give the play city, another opportunity and the same thing happened..... the smell of chemicals gave me a headache and I was worried about my baby smelling it. read more

Better than LOL kids club and kids empire. This place has a mix of both those places and it's cleaner. They have an infant area (12 months and under). They have a toddler area (4 years and under). The employees are pretty nice about asking parents to respect the age limits in those areas too. They even have huge inflatables that are super fun for the kiddos!! They have a huge play gym inside with so many things to do in there. They have a snack bar with many options for drinks and snacks. They even have popsicles. They do birthday parties. They even allow outside food. I saw people with McDonald's and local pizza places. They have this cool net type thing that kids climb into and it's super cool!! Haven't seen any places nearby with something like that. Just be careful with your kiddos because if you take your eye off them they will disappear into the fun lol. Had to chase my child down when it was time to go. My kid goes to a lot of indoor playgrounds and she rates this place a 10/10 and said it is better than any of the other places we have been to!!! It's local to us so we're excited that rancho has a fun place to take our kids to now. Give this place a try, you won't regret it! Play City is amazing! The large kids' playground has so many different play areas for infants and toddlers -- there's truly something for every age. The facility is brand new, super clean, and very well organized. I love how spacious it is inside -- even when it's busy, it never feels crowded. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the manager Jeff is wonderful! He really goes out of his way to make sure kids are having a great time. Play city is very nice and big. Plenty of stuff for kids to do. It's clean and it a great location. The price is reasonable . Overall I liked the experience, the only reason why took out two stars is because during a visit I was not able to see my daughter inside the play area and got concerned. I went into the playground area to find her. The whole interaction did not take even 5 minutes when a staff member asked me to leave because you have to have a special wrist band. I totally understand that you have to pay extra to go in and play but that should not mean I cannot look for my kid. My child is my priority and I am aware of her whereabouts at all times . I have been to many indoor playgrounds and this has never happened. Anyhow , it is still a fun place for kids. read more

Do not take your toddler here! The older kids are always in the toddler area and staff do not supervise. I guess that should be the parent's responsibility, but nope. We've been here a total of 4 times and this time was the last straw when an older kid knocked over my toddler while she was in the toddler area. We alerted the staff since no parent was supervising the boy. Staff said they already warned the boy any would do so again. Er watched and the staff just stood there talking to each other. read more

No respect for parents here!! Absolutely not recommended! The rules are ridiculous. My child is only a toddler, and I was repeatedly told I couldn't follow him because the area was considered "independent play." They also force adults to pay for a package just to accompany and supervise their young children. The staff are everywhere, constantly watching parents and enforcing rules instead of creating a welcoming environment. I've been to many indoor playgrounds, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. Poor customer service, unreasonable policies, and an unfriendly atmosphere. There are plenty of better options out there. Save your money and go somewhere that actually welcomes families. read more

We've been to quite a number of indoor kid playgrounds and Play City was definitely up in the ranks. I booked my daughter's birthday party and was helped by the owner. He was very thorough and friendly. We had such a great experience at this indoor kids playground! The entire space was very clean and well-maintained, which made it so much more enjoyable and stress-free as a parent. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating--always ready to help with a smile. It's clear they really care about creating a safe and fun environment for kids. Love that outside food & beverages were permitted for booked parties, as that was an important factor for us. The only feedback I have is the party time slots of 2 hours is bit rushed. We found ourselves rushing to make the time limit. Perhaps the owners would consider 3-hr blocks instead. Aside from that, we'll definitely be coming back! read more

The place is nice and new with a couple places to jump and play . Took my 5 year old old grandson and in the chaos of people and kids running in and out of the play areas I lost him .I was completely freaked out and panicked .He had also been looking for me and ended up crying and scared until someone sent him to the front desk thats where I eventually found him . I also noticed the exit and entrance was not at all monitored and in very close proximity people freely walking in and out .2 people working checking people in running back and forth between the snack bar and front desk . The security could be a major issue here . There were some young adults also jumping around toppling and climbing over smaller children . Nothing monitored . Needless to say we had been waiting for this place to open and we were excited to finally go but we won't be going back . read more
