I don't normally write bad reviews but I wanted to save anyone else from paying twice. I recently purchased a Groupon for Just Play Adventure Park. It was a rainy day so we took the kids to check it out. We walked in and we were told the Groupon was a scam and they don't know why it's out there. I showed him the voucher and the photos and address were a match. He didn't seem to care. I had already paid $30 for the Groupon and now paid another $40 to get in. They only accept cash or Zelle. The playground is dark and dingy. I should have asked to look inside before paying. read more

This review is a month late, on 10/3/2025 we visited for my daughter's 11th birthday. What is ironic is I didn't realize that it is where I did my 30 year olds birthday party when she turned 11 many many years ago. This place is AMAZING! Clean, spacious, staff and owner the best ever. I would rather go here a million times over than those chain places that lack customer service for their over priced over crowded places. The customer service here and how clean and again SPACIOUS this place is beyond me! We had the time of our lives, shoot we even roller skated! Brought back so many child hood memories! Thank you Tony and staff for being amazing! People need to support this establishment and get your moneys worth at a place that truly values their customers! Oh and the other perk is they have an awesome and big area for little kids that my grand daughter who is under 2 enjoyed, arcade games too! It was my first time going to this play park It doesn't look too updated the trampolines look old and not reliable, it also have a bad lighting system it's dark not sure if they don't want to use much electricity or lights are just old and don't work well. My two nieces didn't want to go in it was really dark in the young kids area. The publicity video is way different than what it actually is. read more

We love this place! We had my daughter's birthday party here and all of the kids had lots of fun! They have themed party rooms and hosted trampoline games throughout the time we were there. The staff were very friendly and met our needs. If you are looking for a trampoline park to have a kids party in the Rancho Cucamonga/Fontana area, I recommend this place. read more

Took the kids to Just Play Indoors and they had an absolute blast. The entire place was very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and everything felt safe and organized. I especially liked that they have a pool table for the adults while the kids are having fun. It was a FUN experience from start to finish. No joke, literally the best establishment to ever exist. There is a roller skating rink, largest trampoline open area ever (compared to literally any other chains), a parkour area, multiple rock climbing walls, dodgeball, basketball, a large rope jump area, ice table hockey, billiards, retro arcade machines, food areas, and more. The employees (owners?) are literally the sweetest people to ever exist. They have Wednesday discounts for good customers that run you at $10. There is the kindest grandpa there ever that does the DJ and that we've talked to everytime. I'm a college kid that wanted to go to a trampoline park randomly one day for a date, and we discovered this place. Blows every other park out of the water. The price is incomparable and the size of the place is just insane. I've, since then, brought my brother, his friends, and the entire extended family. When the kids were about to leave grandpa came out and allowed the kids to play table ice hockey for free - LIKE THATS SO NICE I COULD LITERALLY CRY. Wow. they also do hourly games at the trampoline park and the kids love it so much. They have little rewards like free soda for the kids. The bathrooms are super duper clean and everything is very well maintained. The employees are actually genuinely so sweet and I wish WISH this place got a little more traffic because it is such a hidden gem. With all the skate rinks closing, and trampoline parks going out of business or being consolidated by big corporations this is like such a cool little place that feels so nostalgic. The employee I think his name is TJ is absolutely amazing always willing to help and get the kids on the all the attractions. This place will always have my business. We had a trampoline park play date planned for yesterday. We stopped by as soon as they opened. The young gentleman that opened was so kind. Very friendly. The place was pretty empty for about an hour until people started showing up I assume after school. It was such a fun experience. My 3 year old didn't feel like he didn't belong and the same employee included him in some of the big kid games the location was hosting. The trampoline park was fun but they have a great adventure area for the little ones that kept us busy for a while. Super cute location. Can't wait to go back. read more

Celebrated my Daughters 10th Birthday here the other day and the kids had so much fun ! They were a bit short staffed but we got everything we needed and then some. Our Host was great and kept checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The wild animal room was perfect for our groups with 15 kids and 16 adults. read more

We went to a birthday party here and the next day my son woke up with red bumps all over his mouth and nose. The place was very dirty, I climbed through the 8 and under jungle gym and the tunnels were full of sticky/oily hand prints. They have a kiddy area but it's all the way through the back and the ball pit is very hard to get to. You have to climb into the jungle gym and all the way around and back down to get to it. It made it very difficult to get my 1 year old to it since I had to carry him there. There is no entrance from the outside so I'm not sure how they clean there ball pit. I really don't think they do because the balls were stained with food and very dirty. I kept washing my both my kids hands because I could tell this place was gross. The sinks were extremely accessible, you don't have to go into the bathroom to get in so that was a plus. read more

DO NOT GO!!! BUGS!! DIRTY!!!! My photos I posted show bug bites from the trampoline park area. I was only in the trampoline area, not toddler or other areas, watching my kids from a fabric bench. I could feel bugs on me but couldn't see anything I thought I was imaging things and didn't think much of it until this morning when I woke up with giant red itchy AF bites all over my legs. My kids have them. My friends have them. Never going again. They need to fumigate the place they clearly have bed bugs ,Fleas Or spiders - as these are not ant or mosquito bites. Dirty and disgusting. Take your money and children somewhere clean and safe! Also reporting them to the local health department as they serve food there - gross. Imagine a black light through there would show layers of bacteria. read more

Had our sons bday party here and it was a great experience! Rented a room for 2 hours and they let us stay for 3.5. Earl made sure the pitchers were full and was able to accommodate for more pizzas since we had a larger turnout than expected. Most importantly the kids had lots of fun and had lots of things to do. This middle age white guy picked up mozzarella sticks that were already on the floor and put them back in the bag. He was probably thinking no one is watching. Wednesday after work, it wasn't particularly crowded, but there were other kids there, and both of my kids were able to watch them play and immediately feel at ease.
