Play Day Cafe is our favorite indoor playground! It's conveniently located by AMC Movie Theater and a couple hotels, so it would be a great place if you're traveling to the area with kids! Adults & Infants-11mo: Free 12mo - 2yrs: $11 3-12yrs: $15 The cafe is really nice and offers a variety of hot and cold beverages, snacks and lunch options. There is ample seating to relax or get some work done while your kids play for a couple hours - if you have a hot spot you'll definitely need that as there's no internet. Overall, Play Day Cafe is a great place if you plan to spend 2+ hours here and you can come and go throughout the day!

It's a great place for kids! Think about kids 2-8 yo. For older kids it won't be interesting. Sometimes even 7-8 are bored here. They have space for little ones that is located aside. I can't say that there are many interesting climbers or sliders. However, I like that this place is clean, colorful and spacious. The restrooms are usually clean too, that is important for not spreading germs. I would suggest to visit this place earlier in a day bc at evenings gets busy and kids do not enjoy that. The price is 15$ per child and it's unlimited. There is cafe and you can order some snacks and appetizers while having tea or coffee. Probably biggest minus is that there is no limit if people being in the place bc sometimes it gets overly crowded. In general we like coming here.

I used to take my tot here a lot. Like "5 days a week" a lot. Every entry on my credit card statement is play day cafe. That was last winter when the owner was okay for parent to follow tot upstairs during weekdays when it's not busy. This year, however, the staff informed me adults can't go upstairs, or only allowed in the front where the big slides are. I stopped coming here period. The problem is two folds for me: 1. Safety: my child has encountered bullies here before. Her head was pinned to the ground by other kids who were maybe a year older than her. This is the intentional behavior. Not to mention the un-intentional frequent incidents when older kids just pushed younger kids around when they rushed through the tunnels. So you understand I need to by her side upstairs. 2. Child's developmental need: My tot is still at the age that she wouldn't go anywhere far without the caretaker. So essentially I paid a premium fee for her to utilize 50% of the facility. Yes they have a "monitor" staff downstairs. But that doesn't take care of either condition 1 or 2.

My kids have always enjoyed their time here. I try to plan it without buying food. I have gone back.

Great when your kid needs to get their run on in the winter or really hot days. But on busy days it could really use some more comfy seats.

1 STAR -- Absolutely Horrible Conditions…read more This place was extremely disappointing and honestly heartbreaking. The animals did not appear to be properly cared for at all. The emu was confined to a tiny pen between two buildings, which was especially sad to see. The kangaroos and alpacas were also kept in very small, cramped enclosures. Several animals had dirty water, and the overall conditions made it seem like the animals' basic needs were not being prioritized. The lobby smelled strongly of cat urine and was extremely unpleasant. The cleanliness of the facility was unacceptable. The pony ride was also incredibly disappointing. We paid for a pony ride and got one lap around a tiny area. We were then charged separately for food to feed the animals. What bothered me most is that this is a business making money from these animals, yet the animals we saw did not appear to be receiving the care, space, cleanliness, or conditions they deserve. These are living animals, not attractions to be squeezed into tiny pens just to generate money. I left feeling genuinely sad and angry for the animals. They deserve so much better. I would absolutely not recommend this place. The conditions we witnessed need to be addressed, and the welfare of the animals should come before making money from them.

They view this age as a grown child, so it cost me $40 just to bring them in for an hour. What they offer for children this size, does not live up to the price that they charge. There is a small area that has foam blocks and a little obstacle course to climb on with a ball pit, and that is all. The staff were terribly rude, incredibly unattended, ignored us when we stood at the counter for a very long time, and did nothing to keep the big children out of the small children's area, even though there were signs saying they were not allowed. I did walk to the back of the building, and there seems to be a lot of stuff for larger children to play on. I feel like the price may be more justified for older kids, but if you have Littles like mine, do not come here. The price is so expensive, and they would have just as much fun at a regular park. If you're looking for a great place to try for Littles, check out.We Rock The Spectrum in Stow instead. We will not be coming back here until my children are much much older., If at all.

There is a toddler/baby room for those little ones who can't quite enjoy everything this place to offer. For this area, you need to take your shoes off and only wear socks. Sometimes there are shoe covers available, but I wouldn't count on it. I continued to renew my pass because as my child got older, he loved this place even more. He always has so much energy so I needed to find a place that would keep him busy indoors, especially during our winter months. The bubble room is definitely our favorite room because we get to play with bubbles together. There are areas for water play as well. This truly engages their creativity so they would need to build things within the water to have it travel farther along with balls being shot up in the air. There is an area for those kids who just want to enjoy books in a little cubby and those who want to play pretend theater. Sometimes we go into the one area where the pretend store and kitchen is and my son will go grocery shopping and cook something for me. It's truly a great place to keep your kids active and engaged.
