Went to adrenaline monkey on February 15, 2026. The cost for an eight-year old and two adults for the full pass was $80 that included three pairs of socks. They have you wear the socks instead of tennis shoes on their obstacle course, but in fact, you should wear a tennis shoes because none of the things should be done in bare feet. Tamyla was a fantastic hostess! She explained the plan and allowed us opportunity for input. She made sure that all the kids were having fun, but most importantly that they were safe. Tamyla kept us appraised of the next steps and had everything organized and setup. She helped organize the leftovers as well! There couldn't have been a better person to host the birthday party. It is a bit pricey, but it seems to be comparable to similar venues for birthdays. read more

Went here with my 8-year old and her two older cousins (14 and 15) during the week. Wasn't very crowded at all for a summer day. For the first 30 mins my daughter walked around and didn't know how to use many of the "obstacles" on the main floor. I had to walk up to the workers three different times to ask them how things work. They were very caught up in chatting with each other rather than helping the kids. It would have been nice to see the obstacles explained or demo'd for the smaller kids. Maybe this is different on a busy night w/older kids, but it seemed very unorganized "... kids running in all directions on the obstacles. We then decided to venture upstairs. This is where I was thankful my kid had her cousins to help her bc the "workers" didn't seem to have any concern with explaining to an 8-year old how to maneuver the ropes. The girl took less than 30 seconds to show her how to lock in -- and then said to "just go" when she was clearly confused. There are no nets, mats, etc below the obstacles ... I don't understand how little kids are safe (even if they meet the height requirement). I would have expected a few workers to be hanging out on some of the "landings" in case the kids get stuck or scared? At one point a little girl was stranded and crying and it took a worker about 5 mins to strap in and get her. They also seemed a little short-staffed among the rock walls. One guy was working four or five walls and you had to wait for him to latch/unlatch your kid. Overall I wasn't impressed and we won't be back. Mostly bc of the lack of help among the staff. read more

I feel like not enough people know about this place. It is a nice gem tucked away in a business complex in Warrensville Heights. There is ample onsite parking leading to the beautiful entryway. This place is fun for all ages. Especially in this pandemic climate, it offers a nice change of pace from the house. Not to mention it is a great way to get little ones to burn off some of that energy they are famous for. They offer various courses and activities. These courses are definitely not your everyday. Be ready to put some work in. Currently they are observing all recommended guidelines. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a shot. read more

Price is not worth it. Way too expensive and they nickel and dime you for everything as I was charged $1 for a cup of water. No food available and they were very disorganize. We will not return for the cost is too much since you can not choose a shorter amount of time to stay other than 3 hours. read more

The place itself is a solid 5, but the staff bring it down a star. I've always wanted to do a ninja gym and was excited when I found this place. Salmon ladder, spider wall, warped walls, many of the obstacles seen on American Ninja Warrior. The staff are mostly teenagers who you can tell that this is merely just a job for them. A lot of them were on their phones which I wouldn't mind that itself were it not for the somewhat risky obstacles in the gym. Someone should be attentive that the guests are being safe, especially when on the obstacles on the upper floor. Someone could get seriously hurt and the staff wouldn't have witnessed it. Not even the cold can contain my little monkey thanks to Adrenaline Monkey located in Warrensville Heights. My son and I recently discovered this kid-and-adult friendly ninja-warrior facility, thanks to a Q104 radio commercial - and we were off to the (ninja) races! My son, who is a tad short to do all the cool stuff at PLAY CLE (located in Avon) is the perfect height for all the ninja tracks and paths at Adrenaline Monkey. The harnesses are secure yet easy enough for him to unlock (he's 9) as he works his way across moving beams, rope nets, and moving steps , to name a few. He also loves climbing up the wiggly ladders and slowly descending like Spider-Man on a - well, slow day (hey - even super heroes have those days). Rock walls? They have those too. There's even a cool glow-in-the-dark one if you prefer to pretend you are discovering unchartered glowing territory. And don't forget to scale the rubber tire ladder. In addition to the numerous climbing contraptions, there are obstacle courses and big ramps to conquer, if you can run fast enough to get to the top. And when you want a climbing break, check out the video games (even Virtual Reality) and win tickets for prizes. Then go shoot some hoops in the workout area (yes - there's a section for that, too). Of course, all this activity triggers the appetite, so head on over to the Monkey Bar for tasty treats such as pizza, wings, and smoothies. (And Mom & Dad - there's a nice selection of adult additives if you choose to have your smoothie spiked). Free WiFi and a nice sitting area for the adults top off the amenities. Pricing is not bad, either. Your best deal is the unlimited $30 3-hour package (game cards sold separately). We had our sons 6th birthday party at Adrenaline Monkey. Kids had a blast. Our host Richard kept the party moving, and was always available to help out. He kept things running smoothly and helped make the day special for our son. Okay, so this place is a blast! It is fun for all ages and has a bunch of things to do. They have a killer confidence/ropes course, a sweet ninja warrior course, a bunch of climbing ‍ things, an arcade, a juice bar and I'm told that they should now have VR as well!! It is a great place to take the family or even the folks from the office (try the confidence course). There is even a party room where you can host a birthday party or other event. Went here Thursday afternoon with my 10-year old. There's definitely much to do and it's a great facility overall; unlike anything I've seen before. My daughter particularly liked the large ladders to climb. My issue is with the staff. There were a couple of instructor-type guys who were super friendly and helpful. They talked to us, asked us if we needed help, and both worked to make my daughter have fun and feel safe. ....and then, there are the "green shirts" - I have no idea what their job entails. 3 were on hand; 2 young women and 1 young man. They spent the entire time hanging out and chatting and paid little attention to the kids. Every now and then they would help get a kid into a harness for climbing. When I needed their help, I had to go to them, and they barely spoke. The young blonde woman seemed particularly put off when I asked for help, like I was wasting her time. The young man was generally helpful but didn't say much. I would expect those three to be spread out around the gym; talking to the kids. Interacting, asking questions, encouraging kids to try things. They did none of this; just chatted and chatted with their backs to the kids. We won't be back. read more

Overall this place was pretty cool. I really enjoyed the upper course area it was just challenging enough and a bit of a workout. My daughter age 7 loved the rock walls and didn't want to leave. My 12 year old son liked the upper course as the parkour area. It was even entertaining to just watch others attempt to try different things to do. We were there for a birthday party and it seemed like it was handled well. The kids all had a great time. My only suggestion would be to hire more employees to help with the courses. I witnessed many of kids having a hard time and stuck in the middle of a course with no employee to help! Very terrifying for little ones. One girl so upset she left crying! Not many parents stick around to drop kids off at party's not knowing no one is helping the kids. Most of the male employees seemed to be more concerned with checking their phones.... the girl employees seemed much more caring and helpful to the children. One employee was so irritated with explaining the carabeaner hooks to a girl. I felt horrible for her. My other recommendation is to have parents stay with their kids. Watch them because no one else will. read more

This place was terrific! We attended a birthday party here and it was perfect. Everything from the service to the obstacle courses. I have three kids ranging from 9-14 and they all had a great time! I saw several parents attempt several of the challenges as well, it only added to the entertainment. My son has another party planned here in the near future and cant wait to attend. We held the last portion of our Company Gathering at Adrenaline Monkey and had such a good time. Jamie and Sam had everything organized and ready to go when we walked in the door-including different color wrist bands that coordinated with our Teams!!! Those that didn't want to participate in the physical activities, had the option to play Virtual Reality and/or video games. They took care of ordering lunch, setting it up, making sure everyone had enough to eat, and went a step further by preparing personal pan pizza's as a snack before our out of town colleagues headed back to the airport. Went to adrenaline monkey for the first time with a friend. AMAZING service and employees. They were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. They were very happy and energetic. hello everybody, if I could give adrenaline monkey zero stars I would. I was very excited to come here and heard many great things about adrenaline monkey. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and it was miserable. The prices were very high to start off. As soon as we arrived we were purchasing tickets and waited in line for about 20 minutes to just to purchase our tickets. as soon as I looked around I realized not many of the obstacles are for adults and very childlike. After we bought our tickets we went upstairs to do the ropes course and we are waiting in line for about 30 minutes and then the worker said there is a 30 minute wait. We went downstairs to the Rockwall climbing course and we were waiting in line for that also. Once it was our turn to Rockwall climb and put our harnesses on, the workers were not very helpful at all with our harnesses. Our harnesses were very loose and not secure. Once the harnesses were on we began to Rockwall climb. The workers never showed us how to clip our harness and then we had to figure it out all ourselves. The employees here are very helpless and they do not show you how to do anything. Once the 30 minute wait was up we went back upstairs to do the aerial course. Then the employee said there is another 30 minute wait so we just left. this place was a crowded mess with probably 300 kids running all around even while people are doing the obstacles which is very dangerous. This was the biggest waste of money and time. I tried asking for a refund and they denied it. I am contacting another department rather than and talking to employees. Even if I was gifted a pass for this place I would just throw it in the trash. Do not waste your time here!!!!!!! this is the Cleveland Ohio location. read more

My 9 year old son was here for b-day party last weekend. The staff was completely un-attentive to the kids playing in certain areas of the center. In particular the area where the kids need the staff to get them hooked up. The kids just had to stand round and wait while the staff had their own conversations which included LOTS of inappropriate language. Makes me sad to know that the kids who paid to attend Adrenaline Monkey were blatantly ignored and then had to just sit and wait and listen to the disrespectful cursing and other profanity by the staff until they were ready to pay attention to the children. read more
