Went here with my 8-year old and her two older cousins (14 and 15) during the week. Wasn't very crowded at all for a summer day. For the first 30 mins my daughter walked around and didn't know how to use many of the "obstacles" on the main floor. I had to walk up to the workers three different times to ask them how things work. They were very caught up in chatting with each other rather than helping the kids. It would have been nice to see the obstacles explained or demo'd for the smaller kids. Maybe this is different on a busy night w/older kids, but it seemed very unorganized "... kids running in all directions on the obstacles. We then decided to venture upstairs. This is where I was thankful my kid had her cousins to help her bc the "workers" didn't seem to have any concern with explaining to an 8-year old how to maneuver the ropes. The girl took less than 30 seconds to show her how to lock in -- and then said to "just go" when she was clearly confused. There are no nets, mats, etc below the obstacles ... I don't understand how little kids are safe (even if they meet the height requirement). I would have expected a few workers to be hanging out on some of the "landings" in case the kids get stuck or scared? At one point a little girl was stranded and crying and it took a worker about 5 mins to strap in and get her. They also seemed a little short-staffed among the rock walls. One guy was working four or five walls and you had to wait for him to latch/unlatch your kid. Overall I wasn't impressed and we won't be back. Mostly bc of the lack of help among the staff.

I feel like not enough people know about this place. It is a nice gem tucked away in a business complex in Warrensville Heights. There is ample onsite parking leading to the beautiful entryway. This place is fun for all ages. Especially in this pandemic climate, it offers a nice change of pace from the house. Not to mention it is a great way to get little ones to burn off some of that energy they are famous for. They offer various courses and activities. These courses are definitely not your everyday. Be ready to put some work in. Currently they are observing all recommended guidelines. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a shot.

Okay, so this place is a blast! It is fun for all ages and has a bunch of things to do. They have a killer confidence/ropes course, a sweet ninja warrior course, a bunch of climbing ‍ things, an arcade, a juice bar and I'm told that they should now have VR as well!! It is a great place to take the family or even the folks from the office (try the confidence course). There is even a party room where you can host a birthday party or other event. Check it out and have a blast!

Great place to take kids! Something for everyone and reasonably priced. The bowling game in the arcade is a favorite!

Very scarcely do i come back and leave a second review. In fact until today, I don't think I knew…read moreyou could leave a second review to a company.... So I guess the reality is that I've never done it. Prior to this I placed a review and it was largely positive and there is some positivity to this one (My boys had an excellent time as always and as a celebratory night the overall experience was fun. Alex rode the crane). I will start by saying that I understand that there is very little truth and advertising. There's very little "what you see is what you get" when it comes to food in any restaurant. I cannot remember the last time I ever got something that looks exactly like it does in the menu or in the advertisement when you go someplace to eat. While I have large issues with this and have always maintained that were I to manage or work in a restaurant I would strive for authenticity towards the menu or stipulate in the menu, quite clearly that the product you received may not resemble the image within. That being said, we took my son to Dave & Buster's for his 14th birthday the other day. We came on Wednesday because it's half-price games. We ate beforehand and then gamed and the boys had a wonderful time playing in the games. My oldest and I got very, very sucked into a Mandalorian game where I spent probably most of my credits on that game because the gambler me was just obsessed with getting every card and it's on me that i didn't know the numbering sequences lol. Anyway, my point is I ordered the buffalo wing burger based almost entirely on the image of the burger in the menu. It looks like a nice full thick burger with blue cheese and thick hearty buffalo strips or boneless buffalo wings on top. It looks like a burger you would want to enjoy. That you'd want to savor. What I got was a thin Smashburger (which I don't really care for), and a single flat pressed buffalo tender of sorts on a very messy very greasy burger. Could I have said something that day? Yes, yes, I could have. But my sons were both getting edgy and I really didn't want to ruin their night. I was already dropping quite a lot of money on the cards and another 120 something on the meal so I didn't say anything and I was going to let it drop. But I found I couldn't let it drop lol. It's just me being me. So while I hate leaving negativity, I honestly believe that a company cannot learn without negative comments. Dave & Buster's will continue to get my service and patronage because it's a fun place to be. It's a fun place to game. I don't honestly know if I'll eat there again at least anytime in the near future, but that's up for debate any given week. As I've said, the overall experience was fun, and I offer you a picture of my son on the human crane to see that he was a phased by my burger experience whatsoever.

The variety of games is fantastic, with something for all ages and interests, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. I also love that they've expanded their food menu to include Japanese cuisine while still offering classic arcade favorites and finger foods, so there's something for everyone to enjoy. The biggest reason for my rating is the pricing. Unfortunately, it's become incredibly expensive, especially with today's cost of living. It just doesn't feel like you get enough game credits for the amount of money you're spending. I recently took a few of my family members out here, and spent about $50 per person on game credits alone and even then, it still didn't feel like enough to really enjoy everything the arcade has to offer. If you're bringing multiple kids, it's easy to spend hundreds of dollars once you factor in games, food, and additional activities like bowling. That's what makes this so disappointing. We genuinely love Round1 and would probably visit much more often if it were more affordable. The experience itself is still a lot of fun, but the rising cost makes it difficult to justify frequent visits.
