Very deceptive. I worked in sales and customer service. The only response you will get there is a woman trying to talk over you, everytime you speak. They wanted 20% restocking fee, when it was obvious that the bike was already used and restock. I wonder who paid that 20%. I would not go along with the bike going to the next person and paying 20%. The trade-in process is fast and fair. We were able to trade in almost two full bags of clubs - one a well used set of women's clubs and one a gently used set of beginner kid clubs, and received $120 in store-credit. My stepson was able to get a great "new" putter that he loves, and I got my putter regripped. He needed a set of new bearings as one of his wheels was grinding. 3 Way Street was recommended, so we headed over there. The place is very close ti the intersection of Eagle & Darby roads, across from Grace Chapel. With its bright green sign, it's very easy to find. We parked in a metered lot - 25 cents for 30 minutes - and walked the 1/4 block to the shop. Inside it's filled with a nice selection of everything a skateboarder needs from boards to wheels. Super nice and friendly guy had the bearings, and also lubricated his existing set so they rolled freely again. They had gotten wet and one had rusted. We bought an extra set of bearings for future use. Great little store, we'll be back.
