Spent most of my time in the putter section and their designated green area, testing out several different putters. As I tried several different brands and models of putters, not one time did their employees come over and asked if I needed any assistance. After 30 minutes, I decided to leave and go to another place where I'll get better customer service. Please try to improve your customer service and not neglect your customers.

My swing is a self-made disaster. But functional. Colin recognized this and was inclined to work with what was on the table. I asked Colin to take the time to fix the fundamental issues and he dove into the assignment headfirst. We worked on big fixes to big problems and there was real headway made by the end of our time together. I have SO MUCH WORK TO DO based on just these 45 minutes. But thats EXACTLY what I wanted and got from my lesson time. Thank you Colin. You're honest without being too brutal ;P

We walked into the Berwyn, PA Golf Galaxy location tonight at 7:20 pm to look for a new driver and…read moreputter for myself and a set of clubs for my fiancé. Also with the intention of buying a new Ogio bag for my clubs and small walking bags for both of us. To our shock, their "master fitter" not only refused to do a fitting "because it was too close to closing time", but wouldn't even schedule a fitting for us on another day. Instead, he told me to "go ahead and try to book a time on line". I get that we were there later in the evening, but to refuse to help with a fitting, direct us towards some clubs that would work for us or to even put in the effort to schedule a time for us to come back, blows my mind! Being in sales, if a potential customer came to me and wanted to buy several high value items, the last thing I would tell them is to go away and look it up online. Getting people through the door and ready to spend money is the whole reason stores spends millions on advertising every year. This guy took that opportunity and absolutely blew it! Not only losing revenue of a returning customer for the store, but also the opportunity to outfit a new golfer who needed everything from shoes, to gear, and a whole set of clubs. We would have spent at least $3,000- $4,000 this evening, probably more, had we been given the opportunity. Instead we spent about 20 minutes browsing around, picking out the Ogio bag, the Stealth Driver, the Ping putter, the Callaway set of irons we will now purchase from another retailer before driving the 40 minutes back to our house without spending a dime in that store. Maybe it's because I'm a woman that he didn't take my business seriously. Maybe he just didn't want to actually have to do his job. Maybe he was tired or lazy or just didn't give a care. I don't really care about the why. What I do care about is where I spend my and if that retailer values my business. Clearly this guy didn't want our business this evening. I hope he has the opportunity to see this and more importantly, I hope he works on commission.

The trade-in process is fast and fair. We were able to trade in almost two full bags of clubs - one a well used set of women's clubs and one a gently used set of beginner kid clubs, and received $120 in store-credit. My stepson was able to get a great "new" putter that he loves, and I got my putter regripped. When he needs an upgrade on the hand-me-down clubs he is using as he starts to play, I know where we are going to go. We even got him a great driver cover. Thanks for everything, this place rules!

I have done many different club fittings in my life from Golf Galaxy to demo days at my club…read more Whitney drove my fitting in a direction I have never experience. The selection of shafts and heads was amazing, i felt the trackman was dialed in. I did not feel like I was being placed in expensive shafts and heads simply because they could. I really felt like he was engaged in simply selecting the equipment that fit my game. My normal Saturday group is on their way to see The Christiana Club Champion team.
