As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a host who was super friendly and welcoming. I had my service animal with me so he was very accommodating as well. The greeter took us to their cigar showroom where you can purchase cigars to take home or to enjoy on site. I suggest if you buy some cigars that you enjoy them on their grounds as their grounds are gorgeous (I will talk about that later...keep reading). They offer a great selection of cigars that range from expensive to affordable. They also sale cigar accessories such as lighters, humidors, and cutters. I chose to buy the Acid Blondie cigar which was flavored with chocolate and cherry. One of the sale associates recommended this cigar because it is very smooth and flavorful. My dad purchased an Argyle Conundrum cigar. He really enjoyed it because it was very smooth. Once we purchased our cigars we decided to enjoy them on their grounds which was a great choice. This cigar lounge was very well thought out in regards to spacing, aesthetic, and ventilation. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. Inside the lounge the ventilation is immaculate. Typically when you enter a cigar lounge it is very smokey and you leave smelling like a thousand cigars. Not a Holts. If you didn't see people smoking cigars you would have never known. Outside the ventilation is great as well. As pictured they have large tv's where you can watch sports and just chill out. They offer a full bar and charcuterie boards to much on. Whether you choose to sit inside or outside they have a wait staff that will take your order if you just want cigars or food and drinks. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. She made some suggestions for drinks. I ordered an Old Fashioned with a bit of sweetness and my dad ordered a Coors Light in a cold glass. We also ordered the meat and cheese charcuterie board. The old fashioned was great it was perfectly made with the right amount of sweetness. The Coors light was great as well as it was brought to us in a cold glass as asked. As I said earlier I had a great experience. The only improvement I would make is for the owner or manager to educate their staff on what questions can be asked to a customer regarding a service animal. I encountered a manager during my visit that asked what my disability was. Legally that question can not be asked. So going forward it would be nice for the staff especially the managers to be educated on that matter. However, I still had a great experience and I will be back soon. Cheers!

I went in with inconsistent ball flight and distance with my driver and irons and he got me dialed in. The driver fitting had me hitting a consistent baby draw which led to lower scores and more fairways. My iron fitting went well too. Lighter shaft kept me fresh during round which led me to not being tired at the end of rounds. Dennis is a great fitter and takes time to make sure you are completely SATISFIED with your purchase.

BEWARE BUYING USED GEAR FROM THIS SELLER! My 11 year old son bought a used EVH guitar from this…read moreshop which was advertised as being in perfect working condition. Upon arriving at our home in Virginia (hundreds of miles away) I found that the bridge pickup was non-functioning. Dialogued with the seller on what to do to resolve it and they suggested getting a quote locally for repair. I made a special trip to Guitar Center and got a quote for $80 to have it repaired. They offered only $50 as compensation. What??? Pretty lousy that they won't take full responsibility for selling me a defective guitar. And all this after wasting my time dialoguing with them, sending them pictures of the guitar, getting the quote, etc... Because my son got attached to the guitar immediately I'm just going to get it fixed at my expense. What cheap skates and what poor customer service. I'd never advise one of my employees to turn off a customer like this to preserve profit on a single deal. Very short sighted decision. This experience is a huge contrast to the positive experience I had at Russo Music Center in Trenton (check out my review) where the customer service was outstanding.

One of my socks was not biting right the manager told me go pick another stick. I love this place
