We came in this morning at about 11:00, spotted these Timberland City Blazers my husband fell for. Waited 10-15 minutes for someone to help, and every time we flagged either of the 2 employees, mostly playing on their phones, they'd duck and hide or go into the back. We walked around to look for the boots at other stores for about an hour, and after we couldn't find them, we came back to see if we could get some help a second time. Stood around for another 10 minutes this time, before leaving again to find them at Jordan Creek. To no avail, we came back to the store a third time. We stood around for 5 minutes and we were *finally* able to grab someone. When we waved him over, there was no greeting, just "what?". Absolutely ridiculous. We bought the boots because we couldn't even find the same color online, and we'd done our fair share trying to find a similar style/brand elsewhere today. After this, we'll never be back.

They were on sale and they had multiple options.. So I asked the 2 guys standing around if they had these particular shoes in my size. They both kinda looked at each other like "you want help him?" Nobody was jumping to the opportunity to help me. Finally after pulling teeth one of them went to the back, I asked the other one how his day was going, and he kinda was staring into space and didn't even realize I was talking to him! HELLO am I invisible in here or what! Finally the other guy came out, and naturally the largest options they had were 11 1/2! I have wore adidas shoes in a size 12 since I was a freshman in high school I knew that is what I needed and these were not going to work. The guy kinda scoffed off when I said it was a no go. The staff was all incredibly informative and helpful. Best of all they made our five year old feel like a star! They involved the parents and the kid in every part of the selection process. He was all smiles and stayed excited throughout our visit, all due to the wonderful and caring staff. They had recommendations, stories on when things go right or wrong, and loads of patience! Great location in the mall, original spot where the Disney store used to be (ha! If anyone is as old as I am to remember that!!!) and right by food court. Visited on a Friday afternoon. Surprisingly no customers were around. 3 employees standing behind the cash register counter. Looked like 1 was having lunch out in the open. (My immediate thought was...shouldn't you be in a back room/break area to do that??) One employee said hey. I guessed the area I needed to look but couldn't find anything. I asked for help after 5 min. But they didn't have what I was looking for. Stuck around to browse. No one else asked to help me or to help me find an alternative. What I like is the amount to choose from! They don't limit what sports teams they have. The staff is very knowledgeable in when items come in. I was looking for KC Royals hats in a larger size and they could tell me when the new stock was coming in 3 months out. They have a huge assortment of novelty items. Lots of hats to choose from. They even have some custom signs and 3d cut outs of football fields. It's an excellent spot to pick something up for a gift.
