My Trek had done a few thousand miles and needed some love so I had them do a major service on my bike. Got it back and it was like a new bike! Great service. I have been here many times in the past year to upgrade accessories and gear and have always had great service/conversations with the folks working here. And for heaven's sake, if you are looking to buy a bike they have THOUSANDS of bikes at this place!!! The selection is phenomenal! Be careful, if you love bikes you will fall in love with so many sexy bikes and the temptation to add another bike to your stable may overwhelm you.

I called to ask them what happened and was put on hold and came back and was told that they tightened the bolts and that they 'don't sell that brand of e-bike, but I could always bring the bike back to put air back into the tires' Really? Two days and $50 later, my bike was in the same condition it was in when I dropped it off! Unsatisfactory service and a lack of concern! Save you money- go elsewhere!

(I'm no bike expert so I had no idea there were several issues). I was only charged for the bench time ($15/hr) and the cost of a new tire tube and some new break pads which came out to a total around $30 for everything. Marty also gave me a list of things that still need to be fixed if I ever want to do it myself or come back in. I'd definitely go back there for any future bike issues. They also had a large selection of used bikes for sale that I was looking at while they were repairing mine.

We stopped in Thursday afternoon and owner Kyle helped me. Once he found a bike in my price range and that fit me (I'm 5' tall), he spent more than an hour making adjustments and showing me all I needed to know (everything from the shifting to the brakes is different from my old bike). I then brought my old bike in two days later so the back rack and other things I wanted to keep could be moved to my new one. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. Shout out to Roz, who convinced me to buy a pair of Tifosi transition reader glasses (too bad I didn't know about these before buying prescription sunglasses last summer)! Took my bike out this morning for a 20-mile break-in ride and love it! If I could give more than five stars to Kyle's, I would!
