Salesperson (sorry we were in/out so quickly I never got his name) handed her the new Apex 2 and explained it was lighter plus other improvements. My daughter threw against the rebounder in the cage and thought it was great. Salesperson gave her a few other sticks to try, as well, based on her feedback. She decided the Apex 2 was the right one for her and had been practicing with it every day. The stick feels similar to her old Apex but easier to maneuver for catching and ground balls and velocity on the radar gun is +5 mph.

When I returned to pick up the club at BWG specified time I was told I could not hit the club until the next day ... so why was I told to pick it up a club if your staff knowingly knew that I would not be able to hit the club to see if the re shaft work would hold up? All and all the experience in your store was terrible and not to be repeated.
