The negative reviews seem to be of the "how dare they not make an exception for me!" Variety. So in order to pay karma back for all the things I've self-righteously crabbed about needlessly, I am trying to make an effort to leave positive comment when someone of some business does a particularly good job. This Game Stop store is doing a job worthy of comment. I have had moments of uneven service at other GameStop's over the years, but this particular store (Roosevelt in Berwyn) does a excellent job and should be applauded for making an effort. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy-car-salesman-aggressive helpful. In the few instances where I had questIons or a problem, the staff never hesitated to provide excellent service. The clerks regularly have checked my account to point out coupons, rewards or other savings I could take advantage of. They have always been more than fair when I have traded in games or consoles. This store, it's management, and staff have consistently done an exemplary job representing the GameStop company.
