BYOB and endless games to choose from. This place is a gem! Almost a little overwhelming with the amount of choices... we went with classic Yahtzee but you could easily spend all day in there trying new games.

Huge selection of games that one can play for free. Like most places in Chicago, it's a BYOB. I am new to boardgaming and I love this place. There's tons of new and old games, but there's no order to arranging them so they are kinda all over the place and takes a bit of time to find, but they are still good. The games shop is attached to the play area and has shiny new versions of the games.

Y'all are insane, but in a good way. Visited the store on a few occasions and it's really an amazing store. From the helpful employees, to the great selection of games to purchase, to the gaming area - we we're thoroughly impressed. Then, we recently decided to purchase a game from the online store this week (during these hard times) and the quality/speed of the delivery was insane. Granted, the game was about $5 more than you can buy from other sources, but I wanted to support local and the way my order was handled sealed the deal for me to support the store regardless of the price in the future. Thank you all.

I'm not a huge gamer of any sort, so I don't really have much to compare this place to, but I do interact with people and the people here are always super nice and helpful! :) That's basically all I need.

I appreciated the huge game selection and overall it was a chill vibe. I recommend reserving your spot though - we didn't and got bumped after two hours. We had a waitress give us a ten minutes heads up, but I wish she would have given us the option to close out our tab at that moment. We sort of were rushed along for the new group (totally fair!) but it was unclear how to close the tab. I called back later to close mine out and there was a 20% fee added to it. Yes, the place can be a little pricey and I am not sure if they allow outside food/drink. I wouldn't recommend their lattes since there are so many better options for the same price in the area. Same with the cocktails. STILL! My group ordered seasoned fries and mozz sticks and both were excellent.

We had to constantly signal someone down to ask for things because no one was checking in on us for what we needed when our food was served. For the 3 hours we were there, we were only checked in on.... twice. The food was okay. My flatbread was burnt. Not sure why they served it to us still? As for the bathrooms, they are far. You go down two flights of stairs and a hallway. The women's bathroom was warm, smelled bad and was dark with an eerie yellow light. I don't like that the bathrooms are far, yet there are no hand wipes at the table so we can play games with clean hands. I went to the bathroom four times just to wash my hands. Not sure if others are willing to do this. Not sure how clean these games are.
