This is the second time I've cracked my screen, and didn't feel like dealing with having to make an appointment with the Apple Store and waiting 2 hours+ for them to repair it, so I yelped for places and this one was near me and had good reviews. At first, I almost couldn't find the place! It's located at the very end of a very small and unassuming restaurant/shopping row. The owner (I'm sorry I don't remember/didn't catch his name) was super friendly and asked if it was okay if I waited for him to fix another customer's phone before he got to mine. While I was waiting, I took my phone case off and was doing my usual "I'm bored/let me mess around on my phone" stuff and because the case was off I realized how hot my battery was getting (mind you, I usually never have my case off so I never noticed this before). When the owner was done with his previous customer, he took my phone and commented about the heat, and said he'd take a look at my battery too while he replaced my glass screen. He ended up showing me how my battery was getting "puffy" and asked if I wanted to replace it, and since he was already in/opened my phone to fix the screen, he would only charge me for the cost of the new battery and not the labor (P.S. Before this, I had also started noticing that my phone wasn't holding the same charge as before). All in all, I was in that store for less than and hour, and walked away with a new screen, a new battery, and a tempered glass screen protector for $135 total (I have an iPhone 6). SUPER IMPRESSED WITH THESE SERVICES! The owner knows his stuff when it comes to phones, his pricing is fair, and he didn't pressure me at all to add on to what I originally went in for. I definitely would recommend this place. Also, side note, while I was waiting for my services, another customer walked in and had water/liquid damage on her phone, and told him "I came to you last time when I didn't think my phone could be fixed and you fixed it, so I'm coming back to you." Additional side note, when I first got there, a lady at the school district came to pick up an iPad (or some kind of tablet). I guess some dude had come in asking the owner to unlock it for him, and when the owner started working on it he realized it belonged to the school district and was probably stolen. So instead of taking this guy's money, he called the school district to tell them. LEGIT. I would support his business for no other reason that he's just a good person - but it helps he's awesome with repairing phones, too! :)

I went back a year later (a few days ago) and asked if I could get that $10 replacement I was entitled to. The guy looked up my details but said nothing came up. I wondered how that was possible and he asked if the first purchase was more than a year ago; I said yes and He explained that because they had changed owners and systems (and apparently staff, basically everything) all records older than a year had been wiped out. Just like that. He told me that if I wanted the $10 screen protector, I'd have to pay $40 for a new one first, and then I'd be eligible for the $10 rate later. They offered no further explanation, so I just left empty-handed.

This screen here is straight up broke. It keeps freezing, sometimes it knows if you're trying to press something- sometimes not.the screen edges are totally non-responsive, the screen is dim and the colors are so dull. I was so pissed off and was going to go in there to confront the guy and demand a refund, but then I found out I had paid enough of my phone off to trade it in. I had a small crack before I "demolished" my screen, and I wouldn't have been able to trade it in with that small crack. I just traded it in so I guess you can use this guy if you wanna phony screen U can rip the carrier off with. This guy is running a scam shop, he should literally be investigated and shut down. Jesse said this was normal and it should be fine after a couple of days use. After a couple weeks of use, the dark spot stayed there. Also noticed a line toward the top. I reached out to Jesse and he said to give it another day and then it would replace it if it continued. I gave it a couple of weeks, and reached back out. Jesse said he would check his schedule and get back to me. A week later, nothing. Checked back in. Still no response. Sent another message after a few days. He said he has been sick and we could meet tomorrow "for sure". Never heard from him again, got tired of dealing with it. Seemed like a nice guy, but he really needs to get some higher quality parts, and better follow through.
