I brought in my Apple Watch with a loose screen. The watch still worked. I just wanted the screen to be secure. They applied an adhesive. When I picked up the phone there was no charge. After I charged it, the touch screen no longer worked. I took it back and was told all they could do was replace the screen and charge me over $200. read more

I don't have much to say on this one. I had an appointment at 11AM, showed up at 10:50 and the people working were playing slap and tickle in the back room. At first, I decided to wait patiently for the shenanigans to end as there was no one else in the store. However, after waiting for about 10 minutes, a one armed Canadian senior citizen (no bullshit) came in with his laptop and cut in front of me in line sealing the deal for me. I don't want to spoil your outlook on the state of competition, but there are literally hundreds of places that can change the screen on an iPhone in a 2 block radius, the ONLY thing that you have that could potentially help you stand apart from them is customer service. Had a good experience with Jason. He was clear, pleasant and a good communicator. Others at the store promised follow up and calls and turn around on checking out a phone and really dropped the ball I called tonight and wanted to speak with Jason. Made the mistake of talking with the guy who answered the phone. I decided I didn't want to continue trying to speak with him. I asked for verification when Jason would be in. Phone guy got huffy arguing Jason couldn't do anything different. Which is irrelevant AND untrue. Because as I explained I valued the rapport Jason establishes. This guy raised his voice and wanted to lecture me. I said I don't want to talk about anything else I only asked when Jason is back. The guy then yelled "well if you're going to get an attitude with me..." so I hung up. He then called back! Which was extremely unprofessional and invasive. Dropped my phone off Saturday, was quoted 48 hrs, 72 hours max came back Tuesday to check, they said it is being worked on now. Came back Wednesday, AFTER 72 hours. And was told hasn't even touched it and not sure if we can even get to it by tomorrow (THURSDAY) don't go here. I was also priced 250+ for a glass replacement that they said wouldn't even be a true "apple" screen. Went to "we fix you play" they fixed everything in a day for half the price they quoted me, and was used with true apple products. I called to get a price quote for replacement of the back housing. After inconsistent information the said they had the parts and could replace for $xx.xx. I made an appointment and showed up the next day. The appointment was for 10 am when they open - it didn't matter because everyone else was served before me. Once it was my turn I was told they could not replace the back house- they aren't doing it due to law suits. I persisted that I talked to L***e yesterday and he confirmed they could. Once in the back I could hear the men discussing my situation and what they would "tell" me. I have been their silver customer member since 2 years and fixed few items before however, on 11/21/2020 I took my wife's phone cracked screen for repair, and once repaired they broke the battery and it wouldn't charge. So again I went next day and then they took 2 days to find what they screwed up on a working phone except to fix my screen. And now they are telling me it will take 2 weeks for iPhone to fix. I tried calling their store many times and would get same scripted answer. How you would feel if your phone is taken away for 2 weeks. Only one customer allowed in the store at a time and fellow behind the counter wore a mask. iPhone10 was having a hard time charging and connecting to Apple CarPlay in my Civic. I took my iPad in to be fixed and they told me what was wrong and I had them fix it which was over $200. I like to watch a lot of videos so later when I put a video on I get A LOT of static and it even scared my dog. I took my iPad down there today and the guy said they would need to run a diagnostic and it would cost me for them to fix it! I even said, and I was really mad, I didn't have this problem before I brought this to you, his response well how do I know! I feel like these places are just ripping people off, I ended up going on Amazon and ordering a refurbished iPad for $27 a month for a year.
